We were seated right away. We had coffee (americano). They bring you these mini pan de nata de Canela (little bread of cinnamon) very tasty. They provide two chili condiments. I ordered the quesadilla especial de la Casa (Special quesadilla with chicharron and cheese inside (fried) comes with 2 and is garnished with lettuce, tomato, crema & green salsa it has a side of black beans. You can choose flour or corn. I chose corn. It was very tasty with every bite. It had good flavor. The black beans were pretty tasty too. My Husband ordered the menudo and it came with everything tripe, pata (cow foot) and hominy). Serving was a good size. He was so hungry he didn't wait for me to take a pic he ate it all up. It was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. It came with the vegetable garnishments and he got flour tortillas. Our waitress was nice and if we needed anything she came when called. She was pretty busy from moment we got there. The place was packed and people were waiting for seats to open. They take card here too. We we will Definitely come back again but for dinner next time. Place is open everyday until 10pm per the waitress. Variety Mexican dishes on menu

It's really…read morenew and an amazing find for tourists and locals; I love coming here for breakfast/brunch. 1) they make the BEST healthy juices!!! After a few days eating my heart out with tortillas, I definitely needed something fresh and healthy. They have green juices (my favorite), carrot and orange juices, and many more! They're freshly made and served in a large glass so you get a good serving. 2) if you're looking for something healthy or vegetarian, this is the place for you. They have Omelettes and other dishes that are all veggies inside, and even make the omelette itself with spinach! So cool, I've never seen that before. There's great alternatives and modifications here and good fruit. 3) the variety and creativity is insane. I ordered chilaquiles and there was a separate menu just for that! The meat is really tender and seasoned, and I love the sauces they pour over each of their chilaquiles. I ordered one with carne Asada and my boyfriend ordered one with pulled pork and Chile verde. WOW the Chile verde made the whole dish worth it. The chips are really crunchy too, not soggy which I hate from chilaquiles. 4) service and location. All the servers were really nice and helpful, really attentive. They even give you a survey at the end of your meal to see if your liked your food and service, great touch! It's so centrally located just a few minutes away from downtown, and is VERY NEW AND CLEAN. This giant plaza has a Walmart, a ton of restaurants, and a lot of stores for shopping.

We just wanted to grab something quick to eat and tortas seem to be a good choice. They have a lot of seating inside, no outdoor seating unfortunately, but we decided to take our food to go and eat it back at our place. We ordered the classic steak torta and my sister ordered the Tijuana which had more ingredients. We also ordered a side of fries. We waited about 10-15 minutes and went to the car to head to our place. Luckily my sister double checked and they forgot to give us the french fries. So she went back to ask (since we paid for it) and they said they were going to make us fresh ones (which they did not, maybe it was a language barrier but they gave us cold limp fries)- which is why I am docking off a star. We ended up reheating them up in a frying pan at our airbnb. Each sandwich came packaged nicely with a sauce and sides of pickled veggies. A convenient place to stop by for sandwiches, but nothing extraordinary. Also quick note for those who have never been to Rosarito (this was my first time), you have to pay for parking at every plaza (well anytime you take a parking ticket). None of the vendors validate. But luckily it's not terribly expensive.

It's in the nice new & large shopping plaza. The torta was good, not quite what we expected as we've had the old school tortas like our mothers use to make w/3 simple ingredients (4 if you count the salsa). But, it's not a bad thing, they basically do a trendy, fusion take on it. Drinks were delicious and the place is super clean, as their restrooms were also. Also nice modern decor & ambiance. I do have to say, what stands out was the excellent customer service you got here. All the employees were on top of their game of providing great customer service. Definitely see this popular with the younger people, it would be a fun & fulfilling experience coming with friends or a date after watching a movie at the CINÉPOLIS.
