They even have a Starbucks. No food supermarket inside but Carrefour is just 50 meters away in a separate building: https://yelp.to/qTKq/6doQybZokY Habaneras used to be closed on Sundays but is now open. The larger competitor La Zenia is open on all Sundays the government allows it to open. I believe Habaneras had to open too because of that. There's an area for kids in the upper floor with attractions. There are a few cafes too. They do events on holidays - summer concerts, Christmas, the Three Kings etc. Parking is easy outside or inside. Overall - a cozy shopping center close to Torrevieja city center. Perfect if you don't want to drive 10 km extra to get access to a wider choice (which you probably don't need).

Free street parking is almost impossible to find in this part of Alicante, this one is a decent affordable option. Paid €5.85 for some 5 hours of parking near Central Market, Teatro Municipal de Alicante and Calle Castaños. Not tight at all like many other carparks in Spain - an average car will enter, park and leave easily. There's an office with staff there to solve any possible problems. They have toilets. Cards and cash accepted by the machines.

The train station is clean, Including the elevators. The signage is clear and there are lots of employees to help customers. The restroom was very clean. The only reason for my 4 Star Review is the lack of seating both in the depot and platform. The depot has minimal seating, but the train platforms don't have a single seat. The enhanced security is reassuring as well. In addition to Security Guards, there is also bag xray for some trains ( I am assuming International?).
