I give EJ's 5 stars for making the best omelette I have ever had. It contains grilled corn beef hash with onions, mushrooms and cheddar cheese. I had to come back the next day to have it again. And I will be sure to come back next year when I return to Florida. read more

Eating here right now. Cute place with great service. Ask for Kelly, she's amazing. A friend and I split a Reuben and a Curry Chicken Wrap. Both were fantastic. The Reuben was loaded with corned beef and the curry flavor was spot on. Throw in a solid house Pinot Grigio, along with the breeze if you sit outside and this was a perfect lunch. Was expecting to have a great breakfast; but left disappointed. There was a big crowd waiting, so we thought this place must be as good as people said. Had the breakfast skillet with sausage, bacon, potatoes and onions--It was mostly potatoes with little flavor. My daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes-looked great, pancakes were thick and tasteless and the one piece of bacon was chewy with no flavor at all. Lastly, the Eggs Benedict looked great, but failed to deliver on flavor. All in all very disappointing.....That said the waitress service was good, as was the coffee. read more

Went here for breakfast because, after all, they "serve breakfast all day". Everything on the menu looked mouth-wateringly good. I finally decided on the Southwest Skillet- Grilled home fries with blackened chicken, onions, red peppers, jalapenos, and tomatoes. Finished with melted jack cheese and two eggs your way. $10.25 (I copied/pasted from their menu, btw). It tasted as good as it sounds. And, it came with a biscuit. But not just any biscuit - a biscuit that was of epic proportions. This was the Mt. McKinley of biscuits. It was the tallest biscuit I've ever seen. After our server filled our glasses with their most delicious unsweetened iced tea, he asked "would you like honey with your biscuit?" My jaw hit the table. After getting over the sheer delight of this most unexpected joy, I said "yes" and my new, best friend not only brought honey, he WARMED it, too. I really think I heard angels singing. I didn't get the waiter's name, but he was on top of things - our glasses were repeatedly filled, and came by to make sure everything was ok. Sure was! I'll definitely be back to EJ's and am looking forward to exploring their menu. read more

A little expensive for breakfast so come here if you're up to treat yourself or a special guest. I've enjoyed breakfast and lunch here several times and they have always been consistently good. One of my favorite is the monkey pancake. read more

One of the best places in Naples for breakfast. My personal favorite is the bacon eggs Benedict. But the skillets are great too. The breakfast sandwiches are also a great take out option if you're in a hurry. Way better than fast food options! The freshly squeezed orange juice is delicious and the location is great. Parking can be a challenge in season though. read more

4 stars only because inside the seating is so close together and it's noisy. Outside, maybe not as noisy, but you should be able to find seats that aren't so close together. Food was very good with big portions for breakfast. Definitely a tourist spot with kids, on a weekend anyway. read more

Good food and service usually, until I sent the eggs Benedict back because the Canadian bacon was inedible... The owner attempted to discount the Benedict 20% and charge us full price for the entree we exchanged it for! When the owner came to the table he was so rude and insisted we should pay for the portion we ate! I have never been charged for something I didn't care for. I thought he was just a bad manager, turns out he owns the place. Wow bad call. I will never be back to Ej's. read more

The staff was excellent. Friendly personable and helpful. However, the food was subpar at best. I ordered poached eggs biscuits and fruit. The eggs came out in a puddle of their cooking water, and the biscuit I think was two days old. Very disappointed. read more

This is my favorite breakfast place ever. The hostess, servers and manager are the most wonderful, good hearted people. I come here at least twice when I visit Naples and highly recommend if you are visiting. The banana stuffed French toast is a piece of heaven on your plate. We were looking for a good brunch spot after church. We got to the restaurant around 11:15 and had about a 20 minute wait (not bad in my book). They have indoor and outdoor seating. Our server, David, was extremely attentive and kept our drinks filled throughout our meal. I had the banana French toast which comes with two eggs and bacon. Loved the crispy bacon and the French toast was excellent. My dear husband had an omelette which he loved. Waffles, pancakes and skillets were all highly recommended by the others in our party. I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Our server, Roy, was nice but thats the only positive thing about our experience here. We asked for eggs over medium but they were not made correctly (all yolk). The bacon was overly salty and didn't have a good texture at all (this is coming from a salt fiend). I'm not sure how you can make breakfast potatoes taste bad but they managed to. Not crispy at all and completely unseasoned. They tasted like chopped boiled potatoes. The grits were so watery I couldn't even bring myself to take one bite. My fiancé got French toast which was one of the few edible things I tried but it was average. Nothing special at all. Nice location, good service, horrible food. Go to Jane's on 3rd if you want a yummy breakfast with a beautiful atmosphere. read more
