Every other eishalle I have been in, some in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, you didn't have to wear a coat, scarf, hat and gloves!!! So, great game!! Wear layers!!

The food at the Olympic Eisstadion is like you'd get at any German fair - bratwurst and brotchen, pretzels and beers all of my favorite food groups. Weekend crowds get into the games - they bring drums and make noise. If you're skiing down in Garmisch, take an evening to go see SC Riessersee play.
