I contradict myself a little because one can never know what's in the recipe or how it's churned. Anyway, I believe it was frozen yogurt, it was smooth and seemed less creamy. However, the fruitiness and tartness in the flavor I chose was bright in flavor, meaning for me, tartness and a fruity flavor made me believe real fruit was incorporated into the recipe from what I tasted. It was very good frozen yogurt, or was it ice cream or gelato? I don't even remember the flavor I chose, strawberry? passion fruit? a mix? However, I really liked it, worth a good review stamp. The Old Bridge is a small shop with excellent espresso and even better gelato. There are at least a dozen+ different flavors to choose from here from chocolatey sweet to tart fruit-based mixes. Prices are affordable and you can stack them pretty high. For those afraid of practicing their German, they speak English here just fine. Have a kuegel or two if you're nearby!
