I think they just had two new employees. And it was the second day of the 'Ritterspiele' (Game of Knights event), so they could have anticipated a big croud... We waited 15 min before even someone came to take the order, then we waited at least an half an hour for the 'Ice Coupes'. It wasn't as tasty as you expect from a Italian Ice parlour. The location and the taste of the drinks our friends had - gave this the one 'star'. read more
