Some of the staff were very nice but I found others were very dismissive and impatient. The service depended on the person. We asked for some tap water but never recieved it.
My partner visits often for the latte which he says is very good.
I was disappointed with my chai latte which tasted too sweet and rather like a candle.
The vegan chocolate cake I had was very fluffy and tasty, however the plate it was served on while cute was too small and impractical.
