I visited this wonderful cafe in September when we were brought here by friends from Hamburg who were showing us the charming town of Ratzeburg. This cafe has it all: outdoor dining on the water, excellent baked goods and the best coffee I had yet while visiting Germany. The owners were personable, coming over to our table and speaking with us and telling us a bit more about the area. While we didn't get a chance to try it, this cafe has an outdoor ice cream counter as well. The scenery is beautiful and is a perfect place for a meal or afternoon tea/coffee. read more

Eine super Eisdiele. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein urgemütliches Café zum Kuchen und Eisbecher schlemmen, und Eis, bei dem man merkt, dass es nicht nur aus Aroma besteht sondern der Geschmack von den Zutaten stammt. Dann nehme ich auch gerne in Kauf, dass es nicht so intensiv wie bei der Konkurrenz schmeckt. Außerdem ist bei Bruhn deutlich weniger los als bei anderen Eisdielen, vor allem an heißen Tagen, wenn man mal schnell ein Eis möchte, ein großer Bonus. Und wenn man Fragen zum Eis hat, nimmt der Chef persönlich sich Zeit für einen. Beide Daumen hoch :) read more

Das Eis ist immer lecker und das Personal freundlich. Besonders toll sind die selbstgemachten Milchshakes mit echtem Eis. Besonders Empfehlenswert: eine Eistüte bei einem kleinen Spaziergang um den anliegenden kleinen Küchensee mitnehmen! read more
