Nova Lox Box with Coffee

Great breakfast location. Still observing the no-dining regulations. The staff are mindful of cleanliness & safety. Plenty of space to wait for your order, they have a smooth operation. Great nova lox, sufficient capers and just the right schmear of cream cheese! yummy!

Hair in bagel.

Curbside pick up was supposed to be available but we called the restaurant at least 10 time once we arrived and nobody ever answered the phone. Finally we decided to just go inside to grab the bagels. When we got home we saw that one of the bagels we ordered was replaced with a plain bagel. Additionally, one of our other bagels which was supposed to have "schmear" did not. As I was eating, I also found a hair embedded in another bagel. In other words, the hair was baked into the bagel. So out of the 5 items ordered (4 bagels and a drink), 3 were messed up and one of those was inedible due to the hair. The bagels that we could eat were rather bland. I do not recommend.

Pizza Bagel

I usually enjoy visiting Einstein's but the last few visits the quality of food has been horrible. I ordered a pizza bagel, and politely asked if it could be on an asiago bagel. When I got my order, it was on a plain bagel (I didn't really care too much about that) and there was barely any sauce or cheese. Please improve Einstein.

The last bagel.

Went here with two of my friends. My friend ordered a bagel which was clearly still in stock. The girl taking the order said no she couldn't have it cause it's "probably" been mobile ordered. She would not check the mobile orders. The cheddar jalapeño bagel still rests in its case 15 minutes later.

Everything bagel, raw

Normally Einstein never disappoints, but I will never be going back to this location. The overall service was not bad, but the quality of food was unacceptable. I went with friends and every single one of our bagels were raw and undercooked.

No Avocado Toast Bagel

I got 16 dollars worth of bagels the nova lox bagel was really good and the Asiago with shmear was good except when I found something black in the bagel that I didn't know what it's was. GROSS. Then there was like no avocado on the avocado toast that I got which was 5 dollars down the drain. Then they overloaded it with everything bagel seasoning. I love Einstein's and will go again because I love their bagels but this trip sucked.

Undercooked bagel

Just gross how do you serve this to someone? I have always loved Einstein, but this has me questioning not only this location, but all....

Continually the best bagels in the city…read more We don't get bagels a ton, maybe a handful of times per year, and it's always worth going out of my way to go to Meshuggah. These are so legit, the whole family loves them, and they've really carved their niche as the spot to go to. For starters, they really come as close as possible to nailing the true, NYC style bagel. They are perfectly balanced in their chewiness, fluffiness, and flavor. I'm partial to the everything bagel with a big of plain schmear (although they're good enough to eat on their own without schmear.) Originally I had thought bagels had to be toasted, but not here.. these stand on their own just as they are, and the untoasted texture is perfection. One time, loading up before a bike trip, I also tried their cinnamon raisin bagel paired with cinnamon sugar schmear and it was delicious. Definitely on the sweeter side as expected, but good for a treat to change it up. My girls love the salt ones, but damn, you could melt icy driveways with these things. They certainly live up to their name. I haven't branched out much to try the lox/salmon combos, but I'm sure they're good if that's your thing. Highly recommend!

I will say for how busy they get during peak hours they definitely need bigger space and parking lot! Not pictured but I also tried their Jalapeño Bagel with Scallion Shmear which was very good!

Einstein Bros is a good, solid choice. I'm not going to rave over how amazing they are, because…read morethat's really not it. What they are and have been is consistently good and reliable. There are a few tables now, post COVID, though I think the set up is rather ugly- but everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The food- again, it's not going to blow you out of the water, but it's good. I can count on the same experience every time, and I think that's important.

Came here post-ECT appointment (so yes, I was tired and in need of caffeine) and ordered my usual…read moreChorizo Sunrise on a Green Chile bagel. The green chile bagel is hands-down their MVP--perfect chew, slight heat--and the chorizo adds just enough kick. I went with one egg (you can do one or two, which is a nice option), and it was fresh-cooked, not some sad pre-made patty. Honestly, if they swapped the avocado for salsa, this would be a perfect sandwich. Pro tip for flavor: The jalapeño salsa cream cheese deserves its own fan club. If you like a little tang, this is the one. Service: This visit was... interesting. There was some drama with another customer about being double-charged (paid "one cashier this and another cashier that"), which threw the whole rhythm off. Orders were delayed, a guy left with a refund, and it was a bit of a mess. That said, credit where it's due: the young manager was doing everything he could to hold it together, and the cashier--who seemed to be on the autism spectrum--was genuinely nice and even made another customer laugh. Those little moments matter. Price: Not cheap. My sandwich and coffee were about $13, and the coffee is fine but nothing you'd write home about. But there are a couple hacks: Mobile app: After your first mobile order, your next one gets you a free coffee. Monday deal on app: A dozen bagels for $9. So, yeah--food's tasty but not wallet-friendly. Service felt like a sitcom episode this time, but I think it was just an off morning. I'll keep coming back once in a while, mostly for that green chile bagel and jalapeño cream cheese (my love language).
