And I'm not normally a fan of olives but the olives in the salad were full of pungent olive flavor, without being too salty. Salad was fantastic and I was digging it. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as good. The crust was perfect, slightly charred, thin and crunchy. What was bad was that the margherita pizza had way too much tomato sauce (which was too salty) and the fresh mozzarella cheese was wet. It was clearly put on the pizza after it was already finished in the oven. In fact the mozzarella cheese was so wet that it even slid off our slices of pizza.
