After 3 calls, I sent the wood…read morechair back and they promised to send the right product within 2 weeks!. 2 months have passed, I haven't received neither the car seat nor my money back. They insist that I haven't sent the wood chair back, even after sending 4 times the copy of the Post receipt and confirmation from Post that they have received it and signed. I also had to pay for the sending back the wrong product and didn't get reimbursed. I call more than 10 times and the call center always hangs up on my face. They keep saying they can't help and I'm not allowed to talk to any manager. NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN! it has been a nightmare.
