Went back later the same day because 1 of the gold fish seem to be unhappy so I thought may i ought to add some toys/decoration but the same person told me their just getting used to their new environment. He could have easily just sell me some decoration but he didn't which I appreciate and I will go back this week to get two more goldfish :)

WARNING for everyone out there, be careful what you buy from them as they will never give your…read moremoney back, if you're unhappy (for NON-PERISHABLES) and force you to buy anything from them only, with a credit note. This being totally unacceptable on a very small shop which there aren't much options to choose from. Story: My partner bough a non-perishable foam bear from them which I was unhappy with, so i returned straight away. I wanted to buy garden flowers, but they haven't got any and as I'm unhappy with buying cut flowers which they die in few weeks, I asked for refund, but the shop claimed they cannot do refund and gave me a credit note. For being unknowledgeable i accepted the note, until I checked their website (you can check all that) stating they cannot do refunds on perishable and personalised items (which is totally fair) but not on my non-perishable foamy bear, which they sold the next minute. I contacted them by email stating all that, but they refused to give any money back claiming that I got my credit note (I also offered that back, but was refused). I will never use their voucher and I will go to bigger authorities to solve my case as I still want my money back, being my right to do so, stating in their terms. Bad behaviour to take ownership on people's money just because you can! I want to choose what to do with my money, not you a small shop, to force me to buy your dying flowers and also within your timeline.

She even had the box of chocolates gift wrapped as well. When I called, it was almost 1pm over there and the shop closes at 2pm on Wednesdays. They were unable to deliver that day, but reached out to me via email to let me know that they would try again first thing the next day. Amanda was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. She even sent me a picture of the delivered flower arrangement and gift-wrapped chocolates. The pricing was very reasonable too and my Mum was so happy with her beautiful flowers! Definitely recommend!

They will take your money online and then email your order to one of their unidentified subsidiaries. I was not going to spend hundreds of dollars on flowers without talking to a human. Frustrated, I called a friend in England and asked for his suggestion. He highly recommended I call Mandi at Forever Flowers. The shop was closed and she was driving home, but she stopped and had a very pleasant conversation with me. She then drove back to the shop, opened it, called me and took my order. She made excellent suggestions I hadn't though of. She designed and delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement to the badly suffering Covid victim, who was in quarantine. The arrangement was so beautiful and fresh that the lady I had it delivered to, cried. Mandi and Forever Flowers delivered the next day and this transaction was easy for me to complete.
