I was in her office last month to gain some help for an insurance claim, and because I was taking up some time in their office, Ms. Fitzpatrick rudely cut me off in the middle of my sentence, walked away from me and left me to deal with my problem with one of her other workers. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that Ms. Fitzpatrick evidenced at that moment was unconscionable, and I have decided to move all my insurance needs (home, auto, etc.) to another agent in town, and eventually, to leave State Farm insurance after 20 years! You'll notice that many of the other 'positive' reviews of Rachel Fitzpatrick mention the other workers in her office. And while some of her workers are great (like Emma Jones), Ms. Fitzpatrick was rude, dismissive and condescending in her engagement with me. Avoid this company and avoid Rachel Fitzpatrick.
