Overcharged..feel as if I was taken advantage of as a single woman senior citizen..Eggers CHARGED ME $725.00 for only a 20 lb water pressure tank install.. nothing else..when they are $210.00 at Lowe's and they home Depot. Eggers well service is awesome. They came out the same day that I called. Took the time to explain what was wrong with my well in a way I could understand. Even though I have an outdated well, they tracked down the part I needed and solved my problem right away. Their prices are very reasonable. Excellent customer service! My well tank sprung a leak on a Sunday evening. I called Eggers Well Service at 8:30 that night expecting to leave a message that I anticipated would go unanswered until the next day; however, Barry answered the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. I had a new tank installed in less than 24 hours after realizing the leak was due to rust spots from a 60 year old tank that was on its last leg. Barry understands that people really care about having water and he makes getting them back up and running his priority.
