The one thing I don't like is that I've waited 3 hours to see her. She's a good doctor, so she's busy. I recently only had to wait about 45 minutes to see her, I think that was close to a record for short wait to see her. One time she did squeeze me in at the end of a day when I was sick and she risked driving home on a slick night, she was afraid of black ice. So I appreciated her going out of her way. I have called her service and she has returned my calls. When I was getting life insurance she wanted more than the insurance wanted to pay for my health records, so I had to request a copy of my own medical report, and had to pay minimal fee for copying charges, and give it to the life insurance company, which I didn't appreciate. She also specializes in pulmonary medicine, but I only use her as a general practitioner. She's very personable, I would say I've actually gotten to know her over the past 15 years and she me. Maybe that's me, I'm also curious about people, so I ask her questions about herself. But she's fairly friendly I would say. She paints many of the painting in her office. Her secretary Angie is very nice and helpful. They are good people person in a world where people are too impatient often. And thus the long wait to see her. But I recommend her.

It was so potent it felt like someone had been smoking in the waiting room. When I checked in, I was told the doctor was running about an hour behind and that my appointment itself would take approximately two hours. I had already adjusted my work schedule to make this visit, and the two-hour appointment was never mentioned when I scheduled it. Given my schedule, I couldn't wait an extra hour just for the doctor to catch up. A courtesy call letting me know about the delay would have been appreciated. I ended up canceling and leaving. The waiting room was full, and several patients were also complaining about the wait. To be clear, I never met the doctor, so I can't comment on their care. However, based on cleanliness, communication, and punctuality, I was very disappointed.
