Bri/Breana ripped me off plain and simple, I asked for the BOGO deal, she took my money and ID,…read moreclose the window, then open the window and ask if I would like an additional cart for $15, I didn't have enough so I said no thank you. She closed the window catch me out and handed me the bag. I noticed there was only one cart in the bag, so I knocked back on the window and told her that I wanted the BOGO deal and that she only gave me one. She then told me that I told you we didn't have that deal no more, which was untrue, she didn't tell me7 anything, I told her what I wanted so she took my ID and money signifying that she had that deal, then sold me something different. So I told her I wanted a refund, keep in mind I haven't even left the sales counter yet, she then tells me all sales are final and we don't do no refunds. Now if you ever been to this place you'll notice you can't see anything inside, and that's for their advantage, it's not so you can't see what's inside, we already know what's in there, it's so you can't see them, handling your products. So in a nutshell, I asked for a deal, she says okay, puts the wrong product in the bag, Cash's me out, I noticed the wrong product, I asked her to correct, she then says all sales are final. I mean thats some shit, had she had been the plug she would been done robbed and her ass whipped. Hog Girl. Your going to get fired soon then you'll have to hog yourself out, then what? What's a hog girl with a blown out beef sticker shall I ask, Bri!!!

I swear she stopped him from giving me decent bud so she could get rid of the crappy bud that she had. I'm insulted that she would think that I would like that garbage. That bud was pure garbage. I'll never go there again. You shouldn't either. That chick was shady.

Too bad the manager has no concept of good customer service. I bought gummies yesterday and opened…read morethe package today to find a melted glop of goodies. I'm a 3 minute drive from the dispensary and after I got home yesterday, I put the package in a secure (cool) location. I wouldn't want to ingest them saturated by the silica packs that are enclosed. I imagine the chemical composition would be altered. Went back today to return and resupply. What a bother I was to the manager! No "Gee, I'm sorry" or "What would you like as a replacement"? Granted, with their 30% off sale, the total monetary worth was insignificant. That's ALL the more reason to offer some sort of solution instead of, "This didn't happen here". Kiss my foot and go to hell in other words. It's not the money wasted, it was the uncaring, mechanical attitude I encountered. Not a good way to run a business. They've lost mine. They have lots of competition now, so I'll be finding another dispensary.

Best Stop on the Way Back to AZ!…read more So here's the story: I was visiting Texas and didn't realize until I got there that marijuana is still very illegal there. On the drive back to Arizona, I made a quick stop in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and found Baked Chicken Farm--and wow, what a find! This dispensary was exactly what I needed. The top shelf flower selection was incredible--some of the best I've seen, even compared to Arizona dispensaries. Got a quarter of the pineapple and man... super fresh, aromatic, and potent. But the real surprise? Their Dime cart (New Mexico exclusive) was hands-down better than the Arizona exclusive. Shout out to Rusty and Raul for the amazing customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly just cool guys to chat with. They made the experience seamless and made me feel like a regular even though I was just passing through. If you're ever crossing state lines and need a quality, legal stop before heading back to AZ, this is THE place. Absolutely worth it.

I showed it once at the door, and since I used my passport there was some confusion about how to enter my address into their computer system (which sidebar, felt unnecessary and sketchy), and then once again in the back when i first met my cashier. I get being overly careful and covering your ass from a legal standpoint. It doesn't instill much confidence in me, that anyone is doing a great job there. My cashier was friendly, but when I was sent into the shop section, no one even looked up from what they were doing. And not really sure what they were doing besides allowing their product to sit in a disgusting hot-crack temperature room.
