Update: After I wrote the review, they got back to me immediately and got the rebate within a week. My solar panels are great and I'm really happy that I installed them. With all energy prices going up, solar panels are the way to go! read more

Just had solar installed from Efficient Solar Services. Jordan Litrownik was our salesman and had all of the answers correct when asked as we tested each sales person even if we knew the right answers. We went through quite a few sales people with Efficient Solar Services being our final pick. Blalock Electric did all of the work and did a great job. Everybody has a slip up but if one is made the name of the game is to make it right and this company comes through. The office staff is fantastic with Sara answering my emails within minuets of sending them My wife and I want to thank the whole group of people that helped in installing our solar system. Buyer beware. Jordan is a very nice, personable and convincing salesman. He promises you anything he thinks you want and the minute you sign you are history. Be very careful that everything he promises you is in the contract. His word means nothing. I signed contract in August 2019. Installation completed mid December 2019. I have to say Blalock Electric and Solar has been responsive to my calls. Every major project does have some "tweaking" after installation. I am still having problems with water in the transmitter/control box. But, Blalock has been addressing the problem. Good luck! read more

Jordan with Efficient Solar Services was great. We went back and forth between options and ideas and he made sure in the end we were happy with the decision. He was very knowledgeable about the products and codes as well. We got quotes from multiple companies, but felt the best about efficient solar. The contractors he recommended were great as well. read more

Great customer service, competitive pricing, and very accurate regarding how many panels we needed to meet our families demand. Jordan will not disappoint. I wanted to wait until my true up to write this review. OUr last bill came and we only owed $110 for the year. And that was with unplanned increased electricity usage in the house due to COVID and maternity leave. 5 stars all day! read more

Now that my solar is up and running, I have to do a quick writeup on my pleasant experience with Jordan and Efficient Solar Services. I have previous experience installing solar in my previous home so I knew what I was getting into. This time I got several quotes from local companies and compared them all. I liked Jordan's presentation best and also appreciated his advice on oversizing the system a bit to offset my increased use of AC in the summer. Everything went like clockwork, and took 2 months start to finish before I was up and running. Installation took only one day and the contractors were professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go with this company and installing solar for my home. Now to turn down the AC a little bit more,... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Jordan from Efficient Solar Services. I had received quotes from SunRun and another independent solar seller, but ESS was the most cost effective, informative, and friendly company. Jordan spent a good deal of time making sure I understood everything at our appointment and afterwards answered every question I emailed him within the day if not the hour that I sent it. Highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with Jordan at Efficient Solar Services. Before choosing a provider we sat down with 5+ companies and laid out our needs in detail. After speaking with Jordan, it was clear that his organization was a head above the rest in terms of providing end-to-end management, value, and client support. They did not disappoint! Things we valued highly - the direct and responsive communication; the management of expectations from start to finish; the willingness to answer limitless technical, operational, and financial questions related to the project; and Jordan's ability to jump in at any point in the process to streamline. He also locked in excellent pricing for us and sized our system correctly to ensure that we are well-positioned, even if our power needs evolve in the coming years. We highly recommend Efficient Solar Services for folks who value real project management for their solar install. You will be well-informed and well cared for throughout the process. read more

We are super happy with these guys. Jordan not only explained all of our solar options to us, but helped us figure out which fit our needs and goals the best. The project got done fast and it looks great. Our SDG&E bill is GONE and we are psyched to finally have solar and never worry about rate increases again! read more

My experience with Efficient Solar Services and Jordan was excellent. I received multiple bids before deciding to move forward with Efficient Solar Services. I asked a lot of detailed questions during the bid process and Jordan was by far the most knowledgeable vendor. He was also able to provide the highest quality LG panels for my home at the lowest price. My system was designed, approved, installed and activated without issue. I'm very pleased with the results and the fact I'm no longer forking over money to SDGE on a monthly basis. I'm also looking forward to my 2019 solar tax credit! read more

Jordon was a breeze to work with and the install was easy. Price topped the other three quotes we received.

I got 6 quotes from different companies. Jordan came on top. Not only for the value, but he is also very professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and on top of everything. He made things so easy and simple. Once the whole process started, it was very smooth and quick. Very happy with everything. I highly recommend him. Jordan is the best. read more

What a pleasant experience! Good Job Efficient Solar Services. I truly recommend them for your solar project. I did my due diligence and had spoken to about 10 companies, I had a spreadsheet where I tracked several parameters to compare and keep the vendors honest. I spoke to the big ones and the not so big ones. I got everything from pressure sales to no knowledge at all to big lies. I was also very surprised to see the range of recommendations for the size of the system I should get as well as the prices for similar systems, they were all over the place. With Efficient Solar services I was able to ask questions and receive clear answers that made me understand the process. There was never any pressure, only good information and honesty. In the end, I realized that you don't have to go with the big ones like Sunrun, Sunnova or Tesla and pay a premium, you can pick your panels and the components of your system together with Efficient solar services to get the perfect system. Your system is only as good as the components you get, other vendors offered me the cheap Chinese panels at a premium withe terrible warranties and degradation rates. Of course installation is also super important and Efficient solar services has a great partner in Blalock electric & solar for the panel installation. Our install went super smooth (half a day), next day inspection and a week later the system was allowed to operate by the city. I am so happy producing 32 KwH a day on average. Thanks a lot to the Efficient Solar Services team! read more

After purchasing a new home, my husband and I knew we wanted to look into installing solar as soon as possible. Jordan came highly recommended, and ESS delivered. Jordan explains the options and process very clearly and is extremely personable. He was responsive when we had any questions or concerns. Permitting took a bit of time, but the actual install was quick and we're happy with the work. This system is already saving us so much! We'll definitely refer ESS to friends and family who are looking into solar. read more

This company is amazing! Our rep was Jordan, and he was always super responsive to questions and concerns. They really make sure you understand everything completely and so professional! I'm really glad I was referred to use them to help get solar installed in my home. Would highly recommend! read more

I own an energy consulting business and have worked with Efficient Solar Services on many projects. The owner, Jordan, is one of the most knowledgeable solar experts I have ever met. He knows the ins and outs of solar and isn't there just to sell a system. He knows what is best for the customer and is extremely honest, and sells on quality, not just price. Jordan is always the first partner that I contact when I have a residential project. I know he will put the customer first and find the best system to meet their needs. I can't say enough great things about this company. read more

Solar is something you hear a lot about and then are approached by aggressive sales people who only care about the sale. They don't seem to take the time to listen or even care about your situation. This is not the case with Jordan. He went above and beyond in helping me to make the best decision for me and my family. I am Very pleased with everything. It was nice to work with a family man who understood my concerns and actually listened. Highly recommend. read more

This is my 2nd house/time using Jordan and his team to get solar - the sunpower team and him have done an excellent job. It took about 6 weeks from when we signed the contract to the panels being full operational, which is even faster than the first time I did it! Everything went very smoothly, and everybody we dealt with, was extremely professional. Highly recommended if you are thinking about getting solar! read more

Loved working with Jordan. I feel like I asked a ton of questions over the course of a year before i finally pulled the trigger with Efficient Solar. I interviewed three companies and felt that Jordan was the best, by far. He patiently came back to my house every time I asked, I believe it was 4 times over the course of a year. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Jordan. read more

Smitty was one of the first people that got back to me when I started looking for quotes for solar. He and Efficient Solar Services stood out immediately when they took the time to give a detailed quote and follow up with questions about my house rather than give out the quickest cheapest quote possible. It didn't even end there, he took the time to have a zoom call, with covid interfering with home visits, to answer all my questions since I had a lot it was quite comforting having them all answered with no pressure. I got updates throughout the whole process just to let me know how things were going so i never worried at all that i was forgotten about. I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar as i have no regrets even after having everything installed months later. read more

Just had the team from Efficient Solar and Blalock put 10 panels on our home in San Diego. While we were hesitant with making a large investment like solar on our home due to the initial cost, Jordan and Sara were very accommodating and exceptional to work with. They walked us through every step of the project, from how much solar we would need and which level of panels we should go with, to helping us find a roofer when we realized our roof needed to be replaced prior to the panels going on. No pressure, just helpful honest people. 100% would use them again, and will be recommending them to anyone who ever mentions solar. Great business, great people and it's great to not be paying the ridiculous $$$$ SDGE prices for electricity anymore! read more

Scott at Efficient Solar did a fantastic job walking me through the process, I couldn't be happier. My system is fantastic. I feel more knowledgeable about solar energy, the panels I purchased, and most importantly the money I am going to save versus SDGE. Oh and helping the environment isn't bad too. read more

We looked around and made several calls to several solar companies in Southern California, including the ones advertising on television, and just weren't satisfied with the quotes and several had a sizable out of pocket expense (something we tried to avoid). A friend of ours recommended Jordan and he was spot on. He gave us a great quote and we had no out-of-pocket expenses to get the project going. They made the entire process of going solar quick painless and easy. read more

Jordan was a pleasure to work with and delivered a great outcome to our solar and roof product. After getting quotes from a couple other companies Efficient was the least expensive but also supplied top notch LG and Enphase products. I do not live in the area so was worried about blindly ordering and installing but Jordan's expertise put me at ease and we dove in. Jordan also headed up an installation of a new TPO roof for us prior to the solar install which went well and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I've recommended Jordan and Efficient Solar to all my friends that are in the market for solar. Thank you Jordan! read more

I had just recently built a home and had interviewed about 4-6 contractors on multiple occasions for some of the separate jobs I was completing (turf, pool, hardscape, etc...) I had also done this for my Solar purchase as well. And even though the company that put our roof on did Solar, I wanted to just check the market and do my own due diligence. They are a number of factors that kept pushing Jordan Litrownik and Efficient Solar Systems to the top of the list. 1. He actually listened to the words that were coming out of my mouth. Meaning, before he put on his sales hat, he really was putting himself in the position of listening to my current thoughts about the project and other concerns, and then was really just able to educate me on the overall industry, process, options, and so on. 2. Jordan's easy going nature and no pressure, educational approach made me want to do business. While still being a true professional, he made you feel relaxed and at ease, not defensive and pressured in any way. 3. Efficient Solar Systems is a broker of all Solar contractors, equipment and services. One of the first to build this model, which means he doesn't have a product to sell, just the best solar system for what you need and your budget. Do you want to lease, buy, rent to own? Do you want the best panels on the market or save a little with the next product down? The list goes on and on in the ways in which he can get you exactly what you need and always beat the competitions pricing. These are a few of the reasons I decided to use Jordan and ESS! Hopefully this review saves you some valuable time with your solar purchase & vetting process!! read more

They beat other pricing, time to install and had great service and follow through. The longest wait has been on sdge to switch us over to solar! Other than that long wait- we are excited and happy with everything from sign up to install to finish. read more

With all of the competition in this space Efficient Solar Services really sets itself apart. I have worked with Jordan Litrownik on several solar projects and he has never failed to amaze. His special access to certain solar vendors has saved me tens of thousands of $$. He passes on the bulk discounts that he obtains to his clients. He recently lined up solar panels to power my electricity and thermal solar for my pool. The project was done on time and on budget and both Jordan and the solar company that he introduced to me provided exceptional service from inception to completion. I highly recommend Efficient Solar Services to anyone looking to install solar panels on their residential or commercial project. read more

My wife and I were looking to install solar at our home and did not know where to start. We called three companies for quotes and found Jordan at Efficient Solar Services to be very knowledgeable, definitely the most helpful, and cost effective, of the companies we contacted. Jordan spent hours on the phone (COVID) with us to sure we fully understood the technology, options, installation process, timeframes, and costs. Anyone looking to install solar power should definitely give Jordan a call. read more

Jordan and the team are great. We have a 34 panel system now and looked at all of our options before putting it up. Jordan coached us through it and went over all the possible scenarios including system types and ways to pay for it (or have it pay for itself). I liked that he wasn't trying to push one manufacturer, or one way to purchase/lease it like literally every other salesman we talked to did. It's the right way to do business and I respect that. I have and will continue to recommend Jordan and the team at Efficient Solar Services for years to come. read more

What a great experience from start to finish! Absolutely everyone involved in the process was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The entire process moved through all approvals and final inspection smoothly and efficiently and was completed in record time. We just had 42 panels installed last month and got our first negative bill from SDG&E!!! Jordan knows solar! Met with a few companies prior to selecting Efficient Solar Services and I made the right choice. Jordan never pressured me to buy more panels than I needed. If you're looking to get solar installed in your house, call Jordan! I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. We moved back home from Hawaii after retiring from the military, and thought we may have to wait for a few years based on what we paid for solar in Hawaii. A friend of mine recommended that I talk to Jordan and I was shocked at how low the price to install a great system turned out to be. Needless to say, we jumped on the offer and have absolutely zero regrets. From start to finish, Jordan was honest and no-nonsense, and could answer all my tough questions. The electricians were top notch and did the work quickly and to a high standard and now we are free from sky high electric bills! I can't give a higher endorsement. read more

Jordan also set me up with a mini split system installed in four areas of my house. The system is amazing and instantly cools/heat which areas you want via remote control. I have referred him to many of my friends who want/needed solar and AC. I am super pleased with my choice and regret not doing it sooner! read more
