They advertise a within 24-Hour repair, so I approved this repair. In the days to follow nobody ever contacted me and the standard (always friendly) when I called, the same answer by always the same person, was that their Buyer was not present or that he/she did not locate the part needed yet. Then, several days later, they mentioned that their Buyer had not yet located the needed part, but that it would take around 10 days... The existence of a "Buyer" at this typical little "Mom & Pop store is doubtful. After 10 days I paid the diagnosis fee and picked up my still defective iMac . Time and money waisted: I went to a real! professional and the problem appeared not at all to be the LCD screen.
