Barry Edzant and his team took my frustrating and unpleasant situation and turned it into a positive and successful outcome in a very short period of time. They walked me through the process every step of the way and made sure that I understood all of my options. I could not recommend Barry and his team enough for the quality of the work they provided. For the type of law they practice, I believe there is no better choice than Edzant Price LLC. - AJ read more

We can't recommend Barry (Edzant Price) and his team enough. After multiple family members were all involved in an auto accident a few years ago, we gathered that next week at the Edzant Price offices. Barry Edzant gave everyone a realistic flyover of next steps. This included confirming the the appropriate physical / medical treatment and recovery process as well as setting forth the likely duration and process of seeking and obtaining a financial recovery. Barry and his team resolved everything for our family and we could not be happier. read more

I researched electric vehicles, decided upon and purchased a new Chevrolet Bolt from a dealership. A month later, Chevrolet issued a safety recall/battery warning advising me the vehicle was at risk of catching fire while charging. Chevrolet said until they could replace the battery pack and instructed me not to charge the vehicle indoors nor beyond 75% of the battery capacity. One of my purchase criteria was based upon vehicle driving range between charges so I calculated my daily driving needs. So this safety advisory limited my daily driving range below my needs. I kept inquiring when I could expect the replacement & Chevrolet was unable to commit. I asked the Chevrolet dealer to either replace the battery pack, or give me a vehicle with the new battery pack, or allow me to return the vehicle. They refused all of my requests. I was advised by friends & neighbors that I may be able to file a Lemon Law claim forcing Chevrolet to comply one way or another. I researched attorneys who handled these types of cases. Edzant Price, LLC was one of several I contacted. Long story short, I spoke with Barry Edzant who assured me he'd get this matter remedied for me & he delivered! They handled everything for me & kept me informed along the way. Edzant Price, LLP receives my highest recommendation! read more

I had the good fortune to have more than one person recommend the law offices of Edzant Price to handle the bad fortune I endured after an auto accident (other guys fault) left me with a totaled car and pain like I've never known. Barry Edzant and his partner, Sam Price referred me to medical facilities that handled the diagnostics, my 2 spinal surgeries, and 12 months of physical therapy. And these offices are the kind of places that are featured in Medical Journals for their excellence. Clean, friendly, and professional - all. Barry and Sam not only checked-in often with me, and made sure I knew how the case was progressing - virtually unheard of in the personal injury world - they made sure I felt involved in the correspondence with the bad-drivers unstable, shifting legal team, and the court system. And let's not forget that the mountains of paperwork and the hours-long video deposition were daunting for someone who is not fluent in the world of legal concepts and jargon, even here, Barry was patient and clear when answering my endless questions. At every turn, on every level, I felt not only taken care of by Barry and Sam, but actually cared about. read more

Barry and his staff are absolutely amazing. Not only did they help me with my personal injury case from a vehicle accident, he has helped my wife and her family as well. However most recently he helped my grandmother who got hurt in a Walmart and she could not be more happy with how her case was handling and the care that Barry showed. Thank you! read more

I called the office yesterday and spoke to Barry about my 2019 Chevy Bolt issue. I honestly just called blindly trying to figure out my options . Regardless of my thoughts being all over the place , Barry was patient and polite . He clearly explained to me the process and what the outcome would be. With any legal case , it does take months for a settlement and in my situation , unfortunately, I would rather not wait since my issue is with the sudden car acceleration and not the battery . I was reading some Chevy Bolt forums with people who had the same issue and feel more people should come forward about this . Anyhow, I am confident that if I decided to move forward and gave him my case, I'd be getting a very nice settlement that I feel I deserve . I'd highly recommend to anyone if they're debating on getting a lemon lawyer, they should definitely call Barry first ! read more

I don't normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so. I had been having an ongoing starter issue with my car which was also a hazard when on the road. After much deliberation, a friend had encouraged me to look into Lemoning my car, which made me slightly uneasy, but with his encouragement I did so. My first call to Sam (partner at Edzant Price) was too easy and delightful. I had explained that I had written a letter to the auto manufacturer explaining my situation, and that my friend, who had to use this service, had encouraged me to call before I sent the letter off. Sam said you may want to try and send the letter in and see if yields results. And if you don't get a response we're happy to help (he also explained how things work if they took on the case). I so very appreciated his hands off approach. Not only did he give me good advice on how to handle it myself, he was not actively trying get my business, pressuring me, nor selling me. I had made a few inquires to the manufacturer and got no response so I reached back to Sam. In 2 to 3 weeks we got a notice indicating that they were going to repurchase my car. It was really that simple and I so appreciated the manufacturer taking responsibility for their car, which I also happened to love. As a result, I'm back in same car and very happy read more

Randomly found this firm online and decided to give them a call regarding my 2020 Chevy Bolt LT Battery recall issue with GM. They were very responsive and very knowledgeable. Spoke to Barry a couple of times on the phone, provided him with all the information needed to start the case. He made sure the process was simple and easy, documents were drafted right away. Sam took over the case half way towards the process and informed me what was offered by GM. Sam reassured me that everything was in place and it wasn't long until my case was settled.
