She showed up early to court, took my case and mediated for me, the best possible outcome that granted me full custody of my son. One thing I will say about Jennifer, she's rough around the edges, she is busy, she deserves some time to herself to go out of town. But, she's amazing in court, mediation and her confidence level will out your wandering mind to rest. I've said this to her and everyone that I've dealt with... Jennifer Williams is a beast of an attorney and I recommend that she be retained if you seriously want to win. I've paid for her services twice and I will retain her again.

She said once she doesn't answer emails because she needs things numbered. So this is numbered. 1. She nor her office does not return phone calls. And they will screen your calls if they feel you call to get an update to much. 2. Late for court. The office got mad because I called to ask where she was and actually hung up on me during this phone call. She never apologized for being late just said you can't start without me. 3. Did not do proper discovery. 4. Charged for other clients emails. 5. Sent me other clients emails. Or didn't respond for weeks to my emails. 6. Changed pricing in extreme amounts for court documents upon request. 7. Refused to tell the judge opposing counsel lied to the judge about family situation in court. 8. She is always out of town which is why I can assume she is never ready for court. The office will say "I'll have to get back to you Jennifer is out of town..." if they actually do answer a phone call. 9. She was on her phone during court when opposing counsel was questioning me. I kept looking at her for an objection. She just was looking at her phone. She told me after court she had another case she was working on and had to get to. Couldn't discuss mine. 10. Forgot to tell me court time and day was changed. 11. Wrote me a nasty email when I pointed out lack of due diligence. 12. 3 people quit and were fired while working on my case during a month time period. Turn over is an issue in this office.

Poor communication - as far as getting an understanding on the ruling and next moves... just all around poor! It's already difficult here in Georgia for men in the family court, and it made it 1000 times harder with trash representation that are in on the gig. Unfortunately this is not the only firm that bows down to the unbalanced system. It's just the one I initially used. So, if you are a male, and need help in family law, and actually want your children and a fair arrangement ... do not consult this firm. Its sad that it's like that, but it is what it is. Don't waste your money here. I wish I could give it zero stars on the rating. That's how useless he was.
