Multiple times. Dr. Patel and Dr. Khashayar are always warm, calm, and give you their full attention. They discuss multiple options for treatment, and how best to address issues I am having, whether that be with treatment or lifestyle changes. Unlike virtually all medical practices I have been to, I almost never wait more than a minute when arriving for my appointment. One time I had to wait five minutes and Dr. Patel felt so bad that she gave me a Starbucks gift card. I've been coming since the office opened however many years ago, and I've never had even a remotely negative experience. Highly recommended.

He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday.
