Multiple times. Dr. Patel and Dr. Khashayar are always warm, calm, and give you their full attention. They discuss multiple options for treatment, and how best to address issues I am having, whether that be with treatment or lifestyle changes. Unlike virtually all medical practices I have been to, I almost never wait more than a minute when arriving for my appointment. One time I had to wait five minutes and Dr. Patel felt so bad that she gave me a Starbucks gift card. He was also very condescending on the phone and unpleasant to talk to. After begging them for weeks to provide me with a fix, a dental hygienist put his hands in my mouth and pulled my jaw apart. I have never felt pain like that in my life and he laughed at me while doing it. I genuinely screamed from the pain. 3-4 weeks of eating mashed potato's and struggling to talk. Genuinely one of the worst times of my life. I still think about it often to this day. This is a very predatory and money hungry dental practice. I have not been to a dentist since that surgery because I genuinely feel traumatized. And THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU Please please please do not go to this practice. Disgusting behavior and incredibly rude and unpleasant people. Especially dr stein himself.
