Which is like the little sister bank to this one…read more After depositing weekly paychecks for 10 years, they put a 5 business day hold on my paycheck. Which put me in a very hard financial situation. They did not care. Didnt do anything to help me. Highly suggest if you have this bank find a diff one like i did. Will close my acct today.

When I think of a Bank words that come to mind are customer service, reliable, professional,…read morerespect, but above all honest and trustworthy. Those words all mean something beyond the definition in a Webster's dictionary. These words are what define a good business from a bad one whether its a Chuck E. Cheese or Bank of America. When a customer walks into any one of those places of business, they want to see and feel those words in there. Whether you went to drop off your life savings or went for a bite, everyone wants to leave with a smile and that good warm feeling you get in your stomach when a deal went just as you where hoping or that meal turned out better than expected. It's that feeling you get when those words are carried out to perfection. Well if you live by those words you hope or expect it when your walking into an establishment. Well Sorry to say that at FNB,FIRST NATIONAL BANK YOU WILL NOT AND I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT FIND NOR WILL YOU FEEL a single one of those words. When I say this I mean the entirety of the bank not just a single branch. They stand for nothing but them selves so please do be careful with FNB/ FIRST NATIONAL BANK. I DO NOT recommend them to anyon. I have alot more to say regarding that establishment if anyone would like to know more check in again you have my word you will read nothing but facts.

Just don't! If you value your money and like to spend it how you see fit DO NOT BANK HERE!! This…read moreplace is shady and I think a requirement to work there is a bad attitude. Due to a sudden and unexpected death in the family we moved my father here. He is elderly and not in good health. He is old fashioned and like to be able to go to his bank and he pays things in cash or money orders. We picked this bank because it's fairly close to home. My husband and I bank with another bank who does not have a local branch. My father deposited a very large check. It took this bank 2+ weeks to deposit into his account. After wait for it to post he went to make a withdrawal over $2,000. They said he has to put in a request for his funds and IF it gets approved he will be called to come and pick it up. It finally came in he picked it up and request another amount. They again said two weeks. He never got a call went it and they said he never requested it which is not true. He did another request. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. We went in and she said it has not been approved yet. I asked her what she meant by approved because he requests his money he should get it. She told me no sometimes they don't approve the withdrawals. I asked what the reasoning would be to deny someone their own funds and she said "well you could be robbed in the parking lot or some other thing" WHAT?!?! my father is now on hospice and wants the funds to pre arrange his final expenses but he may not be able to because he can't get his money. I called the main office of this bank and they told me any withdrawal over $2,000 needs special approval. I asked her if I were to deposit my paycheck that is over 2 grand and then the next day I decided I needed it would I have to put in a request to use it and she said my I needed $2,001 then yes a special request would need to be applied for and approved. My father's way beyond the years if having to ask his mommy if he can spend his own money. We went back the next day because it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. The rude clerk said to us.you know you will get a call if it's approved. You don't been to come here and check until you get the call. Also every time my dad requests money they ask him what he wants it for. None of their GD business why an 82 year old man needs his own money and that is what my father tells them. My life goal is to let everyone know how this bank operates

Worst banking service ever. This location used to be Hoodview FCU then Texas Partners FCU before…read morebeing sold to PenFed. My husband and I had been members for over 40 years. But in the last three months there have a series of errors made by PenFed's employees and/or their vendors that caused $2300.++ stolen from my Mom's account and about $1800. stolen from my brother's account. My brother's dementia contributed because he was not checking and emptying the mailbox, but PenFed ordered checks for the wrong account (I was told later that we should have been shown the screen to verify), and debit cards that were supposed to go to the CU for pickup were mailed to the home address instead. If I had not been monitoring both accounts my brother would not have been aware of his loss, neither would my mother. Then Saturday I got a fraud alert on my account, debit cards were cancelled and I was told to contact the branch to get replacements ordered. Well I had to physically go into the branch. I was not able to get to a real person on the customer service line, I was sent around in circles before finally being disconnected. I could not find a phone number for the branch anywhere on line. No where. Address, hours, but NO PHONE NUMBER. I will not recommend this CU to anyone and I am really concerned for the elderly customers still banking there.
