I was in the process of waiting for more, but Jonhy followed up to make sure I did not have any questions. I really appreciated the proactiveness and also loved his pictures. We agreed to use him and my brother-in-law and fiance did too and decided to also use him for their engagement photos, since they were going to be in Cancun with us. Couple of days before, he followed-up with us via email and went over the schedule and where to meet. He was 15 minutes early and he even scheduled out 30 minutes prior, so he can scope out the resort for the best location for pictures. Again, proactive and professional! During pictures, not only did he make us feel comfortable, he made us laugh, including my 3 and 1 year old boys! He made sure our hair, hands, clothes, and smiles were all in position. I appreciated his attention to details. He was patient with us and guided us to make sure our photos did not come out awkward. He really took his time and make sure we got a variety of shots. Not only did the pictures turn out beautifully, but we had so much fun during our session!
