Contrary to the previous reports on Yelp, I believe Dr. Krost's office is not only professional, but extremely helpful. Workmen's Comp. has been denying me the ability to get help. Doctor Krost staff are working with Workmen's Comp. to get me the help I need after a T-bone car accident. The original injection to relieve the pain in my neck, as well as my left side of my arm was helpful. As well as other options like acupuncture (love it), holistic ideas, and therapy's. They are quick and efficient, however, taking the time to listen to your concerns as well as your worries. I can only speak of myself however, everyone has their own individual story. Best advice to anyone; research your own illness, see what options are available, what are the risks then communicate that with your doctors. And of course, if you're not comfortable; get a second, third, fourth opinion, those are your rights. Your health is in your hands. Doctors are only a guide you make the final decision. My final decision is I love this place they treat me with respect, they hear my concerns, they guide me in the best directions. Although the receptionist stated that he needed a referral she was nice enough to instruct him to bring it at his next office visit. None the less he saw the doctor, received his steroid shot and within 24 hours he said that his injury was 50% better. His copay was $75 although he expected it to be more with the added steroid shot...he was absolutely pleased and relieved that the pain subsided tremendously.

Apparently, she had quit a few nasty things to say about me to her colleague, who joined in laughing at my expense. I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I called back and spoke to a very polite and respectful young man named Ramone. He helped as much as he could and transferred me back to the documents department as I requested to speak to Heather, I believe the manager. However, there was no answer, and my voicemail was also unanswered. I let go of the fact that they didn't even have my doctors' note because I didn't need a physical one. He directly told me that I was still not medically cleared to go back to work. This should be obvious since I will be getting neck surgery soon for this injury, and I had been employed bartending and serving. Their lack of recording this and refusing to provide some type of documentation that will significantly negatively affect me is unacceptable. It would have been respectful to hang up before mocking my last name and the amount I spoke. The entire call between the answering system, speaking with another employee in a different department, and being transferred to her was a total of three minutes. You don't know what your patients might be going through, and to be ripped apart verbally is inappropriate and could do serious harm. If you want to feel horrible about yourself or enjoy being made fun of by employees and their manager, this is the place for you.

Wasn't treated but was mistreated by Dr. Lewis. He scolded me for coming in for treatment after 5pm even though they close at 8pm. He needs to go back to training and learn some bedside manners because he has none. The office staff were amazing, my issue is only with Dr. Lewis.
