I called this company when we were in East Texas for the Crater Ralley in September of this year. Eddie the owner said he was on a job and would be there as soon as possible. He called later to let me know he was on the way and his approximate arrival time. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem with our Rooftop air unit and had it repaired within 1 Hour.
