I am from California, visiting Germany for the first time without knowing a lick of German. And of course, I throw my back out on day 2. I literally went to Wirbelfit in person, desperate for relief at 7pm on a Friday night because I didn't know what else to do. I still had 11 days to go in Germany and I was in pain to the point of tears. They were getting ready to close but Ad stayed an extra 90 minutes or more just to make sure I was out of pain. He out me on this Chinese medicine massage machine that was like nothing I've ever experienced. He keeps the office environment almost like a spot so you are totally relaxed. When I was Dione with the machine, he took me into his treatment room, assessed my alignment, showed me everything he was doing on his little skeleton, and then began the adjustment. Holy Cow! It was an olympic sport! I've never seen someone work so hard in the field of healing or medicine. I see a chiropractor in the states and I adore him but this was something altogether! He is trained as a chiropractor was well as in Chinese medicine and his training showed. I am leaving out of Stuttgart in a few days and hadn't planned to do anything but go to my hotel and sleep, but I decided to head back a little early just so I can get another adjustmentment. Oh, and if you're in pain, he recommended a muscle cream called, "finalgon" which was incredible. I'm taking 3 extra tubes home with me. All pharmacies in the area carry it for about $7-8 euro. If you are in town and want an adjustment, are in any kind of pain, or simply want to relax, go see Ad at Wirbelfit. It will change your life.

We were referred to Dr. Houlston, and since my little one was the one getting the adjustments, I wanted the best qualified doctor of chiropractic care out there - and we found him! Wiesbaden Chiropractic Clinic is located on the west side of downtown Wiesbaden. There is ample street parking free of charge. When we arrived, Svetlana, Dr. Houlston's assistant, welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile. She is very proficient, gives attention to detail, and she speaks English; which is a big plus for me! The office is clean and comfortable. They even have tiny chairs and tables adorned with colored pencils and paper for children to occupy their time - so thoughtful! Dr. Houlston, who also speaks English, is fantastic! He's friendly and personable, and he really knows his stuff! During the initial consultation, Dr. Houlston spoke to my son directly and asked many questions regarding my son's ailments and what my son might think is causing the pain. After the first adjustment, the clicking in my son's neck was gone! The treatments worked so well for my 9 year old, that I started to see Dr. Houlston for numbness/pain in my hands and periodic back pain. I, however, am still a work in progress. Lol! Then my 15 year old wanted to see Dr. Houlston for back pain he's been experiencing and he just started treatments a month ago. The adjustments are never painful and we leave his office feeling great! Dr. Houlston has a gentle touch and checks to make sure the pressure is "just right."
