I have applied for over 40 positions and did not received one interview. The feedback I received from recruiters was that the resume was confusing, not great for the current market as many employers use AI to shortlist and it was difficult to really pull out my value. When I went back to Sam with this feedback, he sent me a lot of information as to why that feedback was not correct. He did offer to work with me to improve my resume, however you can't work with someone you don't trust. The reality is the cost is high and the value is low. I would suggest people look elsewhere for help. I reworked my resume with feedback from Chatgpt and now have interviews.

She wanted me to come in again and she was to help me with my Resume in order to 'tweak' it so it was worded better. That never happened. She just never called me again to set up the appointment AFTER a woman or their Receptionist had called me earlier that day asking to cancel it as she was sick. Then she was to call me in the near future to set up another appointment but never did! I don't know what the Hell happened, but I consider that to be pretty unprofessional, hence the low rating I'm giving them. They were supposed to help me, and instead they basically just blew me off.

The women in charge found last minute placements for some of the participants which is unfair. It always seemed like they didn't have anything prepared or organized. In my opinion the placements should be in place before hand otherwise what's the point of the programs? There needs to be more qualified people in charge of these programs because its ridiculous how useless and a waist of government funds. It seemed like a big joke everyday I waisted 8 weeks for a position in a Restaurant where the chef never washed any veggies used for cooking. And previously had cockroaches.
