Lack of communication and took nearly 3 months to provide a draft of a 2 page living trust…read moreamendment. Clearly indicated what we were seeking and the document appeared incorrect upon finally receiving the draft. When asked about the error, the owner was argumentative and said the document was correct. Once in the office, the owner stated they did need to make a change and that was done on the spot. Forward six weeks and bank instructed us that the amendment indicated the trustor was no longer the trustor and had no authority on her own banking account. Meaning the trustor had no access to her money and could not even write checks. I reached out to the owner of AZ Legal Docs and she said it was our fault; we reviewed and signed the document. We could pay her again to make the appropriate change. Would not take ownership of the mistake or offer any compromise to fix this critical error! Was again argumentative and said we should have asked questions. Again, we clearly stated what we needed. If we were legal experts, we certainly would not have to pay you, the legal expert in this scenario, a large some of money only for you to put our family at great risk. Shame on you!!! Side note: I edited the amendment based on guidance I received from another source and ran it through an AI program. Numerous mistakes were identified that were on the original amendment. You are a fraud! Do better!

In 2019 A friend recommended Nina's office and told me how wonderful and caring they were, so I really looked forward to that. I was coming out of a horrible marriage, have sole custody of my daughter, and went to them to help me to get my ex husband to pay child support. They were so amazing to me and made me feel like my case was important to them, they just made me feel so comfortable, they were so caring. One day I went into their office with my son to show them the things my ex husband was texting to myself and my children and that's when one of them asked if my ex was so and so's son and how nice a guy my ex's father is. I totally agreed with her, and said I wasn't have issues with his dad, just him. From that moment on I felt like everyone was changing on me. Nina and I went to court twice I believe and my ex was told how much to pay, and then it was like that was it, it was just over. I didn't understand. Yes it's court ordered, but how do I get him to pay? I don't remember everyone's name, but Nina's Paralegal was out of the office for some time and I believe it was out of her control, however I wasn't getting child support even after court and called Nina's office for help. I had no idea that I wasn't supposed to do that or that my case was closed (noone ever told me) and so I would email or call frequently letting them no what was going on, because I kept being told that I had to wait for the paralegal to come back and so the secretary wrote up a letter to send to my ex to tell him he's in contempt but I'm not sure it was sent. Anyway, after Nina's paralegal came back, she had me come into the office to see her, I was so excited because now I could get some help. As soon as I sit down I'm told my case was closed the last time we went to court and Let me tell you, in the very beginning, they told me we had to put down $5k but it would only be $1500. The 5k was just incase we went over at all, and I would get the remainder reimbursed when my case was closed. I got about a little over 7 hundred back after I bitched because they were only going to give me 3 hundred back. I asked where the other 3500.00 went, and they literally charged me for every phone call and email I sent them and that was $150.00 a piece. There's no where in the contract that says they do that, but what I think happened is when they realized who my ex xhusband was, they decided to jump on his side and treat me like crap. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you do go, make sure you ask them how much they charge for when you ask for help on your case, each call and email. I seriously feel like they stole from us but gave 3 stars because they did help me get a court order for child support.

I originally hired a high priced attorney in Scottsdale thinking this was the way to go but with this attorney I was given supervised visitation, a child support / alimony payment I could not afford, had to take many unnecessary classes and the possibility of losing my children. I highly recommend this attorney for any case no matter how complicated. An A+ service in my book.
