My order got switched up on Mothers Day. I called the store, they said they would replace my order the next day as they do not give money back. I ordered something special for my mother. I did not get what I asked for. she got some dinky order with another name. I called the store the past few days and no one is answering me. I was so enthralled by Edible Arrangements in my town that I sent one to my cousin after she had a surgery. The bouquet I received in my town was full and yummy (my review here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/edible-arrangements-milwaukee?osq=edible+arrangement) Unfortunately, the bouquet I sent to my cousin here was a disappointment. She actually doesn't know that I was so disappointed. She was excited when she received the arrangement, so she sent me pictures thanking me for the fruit. She is actually pretty happy with it, or at least hasn't said anything about it looking sparse, but she probably doesn't know. I'm posting pictures of what they should have looked like, and what they came looking like. Please also take a look at my linked review for what the ones here looked like. For a fruit arrangement at some $80+, I really shouldn't be seeing the greens they put on the bottom to fill it up. read more

Horrible customer service from employee and floor manager. Told us they would leave an order on doorstep but never did it and then gave a guarantee it would be delivered the next morning with a free sample order added on the original order. Nothing came the following morning and they again said they would deliver it after us asking for a refund. Don't do business with these people at this store read more

I ordered and paid for same day delivery. I had to go out so contacted the store and asked that it be left at the door if we weren't home. It was confirmed to me that it would be left if we weren't home. Upon arriving home (1 hour later) I received an email message saying that is was undeliverable. I called the store again and was told it was miscommunication between the manager and the driver and would be compensated. I then asked to have it delivered the next morning as we had afternoon obligations, which was confirmed. Yet again, no delivery by the afternoon. I called again and Berne's, put me on the phone with the manager, Cassandra, and she had no clue about the correspondence. I was then offered more compensation and asked to be compensated in full as the service was horrible. Three strikes, you are out!! read more

I ordered chocolate covered fruit for Valentine's Day. The chocolate coating/dip is great, but some of the fruit was pretty mediocre. The best were the chocolate covered apple slices. The chocolate covered bananas were okay but they over-ripen very quickly. The strawberries were somewhat disappointing in that they were on the small side and the leaves were very wilted and just didn't look that fresh. read more

Then, they sent an arrangement that arrived on time and was enthusiastically received. She told me it looked great and that the fruit was excellent. I went to this location because of their higher rating but I think that they have probably decreased their efforts since the good reviews were done. I set my pick up time for 4 p.m. which is an hour before they close. I arrived a half hour late and the lady said that they were still working on my arrangement. If that wasn't poor customer service already, when I received my fruit, it looked like someone had thrown it together, especially in the back because it didn't look anything like the picture. I then noticed that I was missing some pineapples and they lady tried to haggle me on that. However, when I pulled up the picture and checked with someone on the back, she agreed that it was in fact missing fruit. She tried to get me to walk away with the arrangement as it was by saying that it would take 15 minutes due to them having to dip it in chocolate, cool, etc. I told her that I would wait and they fixed it. Edible arrangements aren't cheap so the customers expect to get what they pay for. The customer service and effort is definitely lacking here. read more

This is my first and last time having Edible Arrangements deliver. In anticipation for my two year anniversary with my wife, I decided to get a chocolate covered fruit platter for her and her coworkers at a veterinary clinic. I placed the order two days in advance and encountered no issues up until delivery. On the day of, I tracked the order, which said it was out for delivery around 1030am. I was hoping it would get there either at noon or around there for lunch. Unfortunately, it never arrived during lunchtime. Now I understand that delivery time can vary up until 5pm on business days. My question...why claim that the fruits were prepared and out for delivery at 1030am? I called around 3pm to check on the status of the delivery and somebody told me that its definitely out for delivery. I'm glad...considering I assumed it was out for delivery around 1030am. Now...if they do actually end of delivering before 5pm...everybody at the clinic will be going home. Thanks for ruining a simple surprise anniversary gift. read more

Everything went off without any issues. I placed an order for a relative from this location. The package was to be delivered after 10am. I ordered an arrangement when I could not think what to send to my Aunts shiva. I wanted it to look nice so I ordered the one with the fruit on the sticks with the chocolate covered fruit added. When I came to visit, I did not get to see it because it was already eaten and everyone who was there could not stop telling me how delicious and perfect it was. Tried having a gift delivered to my girlfriend today. I pre-ordered and pre-paid the first time the stopped for the delivery when they knocked she did not answer the door due to the fact that she was upstairs with our new born so they left a "sorry we missed you" note on the door. Perfectly understandable and normal. When she called the number to let them know she was intact home they told her they would try to deliver it again and if they were unsuccessful that someone would have to pick it up at the store. Again perfectly understandable and normal. Not wanting to drive to the store we made sure we were home, had her parents over for dinner in fact. We were in the living room all night next to my front door, where the note was hung the first attempt. As it got later I decided to call and check up on the delivery only to be told that the driver knocked on our door, the one we were all next to, and when no one answered they left it at our door. So I said oh cool let me take a look only to find no delivery. I was told I would be called back once they sorted out the issue. When they called me back they told me my order was picked up to go to a funeral..... After a lengthy time on hold the manager, Krista, came on to explain that they made a mistake and my order wasn't given to someone else and was in-fact delivered, which it was not, she then proceeded to keep saying "We'll get it out to you tomorrow ok?" trying to force me off the phone. My girlfriend took over the phone call because she could tell I was getting agitated. After my girlfriend was done she handed me back the phone and I was put on hold and then was disconnected, it happens I understand, I called back was immediately put on hold after a little bit was disconnected again, third times the charm, called back again straight to hold. Few mins disconnected, and I'm done. I call back before they can put me on hold I ask to speak to Krista who reluctantly answered my call and when I said I was disconnected/hung up on three times her response was "No you weren't" to which I said yes I was but regardless I wanted to know what was happening with my $64 order. After a conversation that got out of hand very quickly I was told "Whatever we did our job it says delivered!" my response was "If you did your job it would be in my hands!" After being told "Whatever" I immediately demanded a refund to which I was told have a nice day multiple times every item I asked "are you going to give me my refund?" And then was hung up on. So I called back and a very nice young lady answered the phone and I told her strongly what happened and to put Krista on the phone, I apologized later for raising my voice to her. Krista, being the very amazing manager she is, hid behind this nice young lady and had her tell me my refund was going through. I thanked her and told her to have a nice night and she did the same. I'm currently a manager in retail and have managed many stores. If I was Krista's employer she would swiftly be let go for treating a customer, who had already paid for services and used them in the past and would have used them in the future, in this manner. I strongly recommend not using this facility and will be spreading the word about how I was treated. read more
