I have been to bigger branches, and it's pretty much the same. The only thing I think I'm really disappointed by with Navy Federal is that they don't offer services for getting foreign currency. It would be so convenient if they offered this service because I travel a fair amount. I do understand it may just not be in their best interest based on current demographics of their clients, but I don't know for sure. anyways, pretty solid branch that offer a pretty solid service.
