No consideration was given due to the unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control. Sent the office manager screenshots of my location so that she knew that I was not anywhere near the area. If this is how they treat their patients (and potential new patients), don't waste your time or money. Mind you I had two other appointments the same day with local small businesses that required deposits as well and the other two businesses carried over my deposit to the new appointments I made.

At first I was having a good experience, going to her for my chronic stomach illnesses and ptsd, but I found my physical and emotional state to be worsening between sessions, and I felt like she was the only kind of relief I had. Our conversations began to confuse and cause me to feel very bad about myself and the world. The most recent thing back in 2020 that made me decide to stop working with her, was after during a phone conversation, she told me that wearing short shorts was hurting people, and I needed to stop doing that because my legs were 'jiggling around' and I was hurting people who found it to be 'too sexual'. I have a bad stomach condition and am unable to wear thick clothing on my stomach, and my shorts are the only shorts I have for summer. It's also victim blaming to tell women to cover up more, because they are in her words 'hurting people' Tolley has told me through our phone and text conversations that she is god and she has a mission on earth to 'make it work' which would involve some situation that kills most of the population. She has told me very sexist ideologies about men and women, and has told me hurtful things about non binary and trans ppl (which I am non binary).
