That's a problem, because you can't just leave funds sitting there when it's paid with an HSA card--especially when I had no other procedures scheduled. I've made multiple calls over the past three weeks and keep getting told a refund is coming, but nothing has been done. Meanwhile, I've lost access to those HSA funds while they drag their feet fixing their own mistake. This has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poor customer service.

I was there at 7:15a, in the chair by 745a and done within about an hour and one half. That evening I got a follow-up call from Dr Wessell. He assured me the procedure went well and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or issues. I followed his plan through my next visit on 12//30/20 and after a short consultation, he assured me that my post surgery progress was on track. Dr Wessell and his staff are personable and professional. I give them a strong recommendation.

It seemed that my care was not the most important part of the visit, rather they were preoccupied with trying to sell services, products, etc. After getting a referral from a friend, I visited Murdock, Geary and Bilman Dentistry almost 3 years ago receiving service from both Dr. Bilman and Dr. Geary. Most recently, I had to have a crown fitted. Dr. Geary did a great job, no pain, very attentive and thorough. Dr. Bilman is equally professional and always has the patient at heart. The staff is very accommodating and a great group of women. I give this group 5 stars and recommend them 100 percent.

But it was such a relief when I visited Palmetto Dental! Dr. Park is extremely caring as he takes the time to explain every step of the way, whether it's a routine cleaning or a more complicated procedure. I needed cleaning and then some cavities filled, and also needed a night guard. Some parts of the procedures did require numbing and although I usually squint at the sight of a needle, I didn't feel any pain at all! I find that most dentists don't care enough to explain why and how of dental procedures to patients. So, it was so refreshing to have gone to a dentist who actually cared about answering the questions and concerns that I had. Dr. Park is great and the staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Palmetto Dental!

I lost out on pay from work today because they decided to just cancel my appointment. I NEEDED to see a dentist today. I have to go home and sit in pain because of their actions and disregard for my time. It's not like a hair appointment that can be missed and scheduled whenever. The dentist is only open during office hours so now I have to find a new dentist and take off work again because of the unprofessional treatment of this awful business. I have never been so disappointed with a medical provider. That is an irresponsible way of doing things, especially when you know people can't just wait around in pain. I will never go back to this place and I urge you to go anywhere else. If this is how they treat people, I can only imagine how poor their dental work is. My life and my dental health is nothing to play with and you have no idea how much this set me back.
