They told us that so many things can happen and when they were done with my husbands procedure the assistant did not explain anything. They also sent the medication to the wrong pharmacy, i wrote down the pharmacy name, address and number for them and still when I went to pick up the medicine was not there. They claim they tried to call but I never got a call, never got a voicemail- nothing. She said they were running behind and they couldn't see me, and I am standing there at a loss for words. I lost out on pay from work today because they decided to just cancel my appointment. I NEEDED to see a dentist today. I have to go home and sit in pain because of their actions and disregard for my time. It's not like a hair appointment that can be missed and scheduled whenever. The dentist is only open during office hours so now I have to find a new dentist and take off work again because of the unprofessional treatment of this awful business. I have never been so disappointed with a medical provider. That is an irresponsible way of doing things, especially when you know people can't just wait around in pain.
