Make sure if you to Eddie's Attic you realize it's a "listening room" only. NO TALKING! I had no idea and was treated like I was a 2-yr old and spoken to with the most disrespect I'd ever experienced in my life from any venue I have ever visited. It's one thing to take you aside and "inform" someone about the expectations of the patron but it's another to tell them they are drunk and being obnoxious, especially when only one drink had been consumed at the time. So I thought I was going to listen to some live music at a bar I heard so much about...what I didn't know was that it was such an intimate setting. I was pleased that the owner gave me half of my money back but I wasn't happy with how I was spoken to. read more

This weekend I experienced my first night out in Decatur and my first show at Eddie's Attic ~ and I cannot wait to go back!! Eddie's Attic is an intimate venue... you walk up a steep set of stairs to find the place divided into 2 rooms, on the right is the dinner/hang out spot with an outdoor bar and to the left is the actual concert venue. We reserved a table for 4ppl. and boy was it tight! At first we chose a table by the wall, but then realized the table was bolted to the ground and that there was absolutely no room to be comfortable. We find another table in the center which gave us a "little" more room... once situated we ordered drinks- it's a full bar (beer, beer pitchers, bottles of wine and liquor drinks). Eddie's Attic is all about the artist ~ so before the show started we were told by Eddie himself the rules: pretty much keep quiet when the artist is performing! read more

Eddie's Attic is my absolute favorite place to see acoustic live music. From the minute you walk in, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The drink selection is great, and prices are not bad at all. The menu is solid, with a great selection of anything from appetizers, sandwiches, and some really good desserts. Before the music starts, a staff member gets on the microphone, welcomes everyone to the venue, and makes sure that everyone knows that talking is absolutely not allowed in the main room, and lets everyone know that there are closed circuit monitors out on the deck where you can talk and make as much noise as you like. And, the best part, ITS ENFORCED. I have, on more than one occasion, seen a staff member approach people in between songs and ask them to please either quiet down or step outside. Eddie's is one of the few venues I have been to, and I have been to A LOT, that truly is still about the music. Artists love to play there, and fans love to go to shows. read more

I'll never forget my first show at Eddie's Attic several years ago, when pint-sized Michelle Malone jumped upon the front row table, beer in hand, wailin', "You don't have to staaaaand alone in yooooour debris". Good times. I like coming here because not only do they book a diverse mix of scheduled acts, but their open mic night on Mondays features a ton of raw talent! Where else can you find a trio of dudes playing acoustic bluegrass, a Degraw-sounding smoooth pianist, and an honest rendition of one woman's tales of her psychotherapy sessions? I like that there's indoor and outdoor sitting; the latter features a television to watch the stage from while you catch a fresh breeze. My favourite seat in-house is the top row of the stairs in the back. Eddie really delivers when it comes to service. After each show, he walks around chatting with the audience, thanking them for coming and taking in feedback. Lastly, you do get that feeling you're in a homey and authentic environment, whether you'd traveled eight or eighty miles to get there. read more

I saw two shows here in one week while I was visiting Atlanta. Let me tell you, I have never heard live music sound SO GOOD. Both shows were incredible, and when I recorded some of them on my phone, the sound quality was so good that my crappy "recording equipment" still sounded great when I got home. I definitely recommend getting here early because once seating fills up (there's not much of it) things get really tight. There is a good chance you will end up standing somewhere with a VERY limited view of the stage. The only reason I had to dock any stars is the service. When I came to pick up my will call tickets there were two employees talking at the booth. They looked at me and then continued talking for two minutes about non-work related stuff while I stood directly in front of them, listening to the band play in the background, patiently waiting to get inside. Finally, another employee from the backroom came out and helped me. It was SO RUDE! Then, once inside the bartender I ordered a drink from acted as if my order of coffee with cream was a HUGE inconvenience. If the actual concerts were not so wonderful, I would not return here. It's really disappointing that such a great venue would treat its guests so terribly. read more

Incredible shows in an incredible room with great sound and a culture of listening. Drawing some of the best performers in the country, the Attic is truly a jewel. I have had a draft of this review on my Yelp account for the past few months but have been conflicted about posting because I ha to gripe about a place that I love. We want Eddies to always be there. And I know that they can't survive without food and beverage. And their food and beverage is terrible. Cocktails are tiny and watered down. If you want a medium burger you have to order it rare. They now have hot dogs that might very well be the Kroger brand. My girlfriend loves the mac and cheese but I find it merely adequate. And the service is really hit and miss. On our last visit, I just ordered the wings which are pretty good. They brought them in a little cardboard container- no plates, no bone yard; just a little cardboard container like they might give you at a drive thru. Awkward. And it is hard to flag down a server during a performance. Also, I cannot tell you the number of times that food has been sat down in front of me there that belonged to someone else. I realize that there are special challenges at the Attic. The doors are opened and a bunch of people order at once. The kitchen gets a bunch of orders at once but everyone does not have to eat at once. Some focus on quality control would go a long way. With so many great options, we eat elsewhere when we have time or when we have reserved a table and do not hustle for a good seat. But we would really love to support the attic more by dining there. I love the intimacy of this venue. I was recently here to hear derek webb & sandra mccracken. I love duos because of the beautiful harmonies. I've heard eastmountainsouth (with Peter Bradley Adams) too. I've also come for the Monday night open mic competitions to see a friend, which is cool to see new talent. Are you coming here for music, drinks or food? As a music venue, it is cozy and intimate. And by that I mean you will be sitting practically in each others' laps. Pray that one of your neighbors didn't have halitosis like one of mine did or your whole experience will stink. Obscured views (either the backs of peoples' noggins or a load-bearing pole smack-dab in the front center of the table area) top off the lousiness of this for enjoying what you paid to see and hear. Drinks - they do have a good selection of beers and I observed the servers and bar tenders to work efficiently, with smiles and professionally. I'd be pleased as rum punch if any of them decided to work somewhere else so that I could benefit from their courteous, speedy service. Food? Don't go here hungry. Don't even attempt to snack here. The patio dining area seems to be in the running for Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares next season. They handily ruined a plate of cheese fries nearly an hour after the order was placed. The pork chop special I ordered came back as sold out 30 minutes after I had requested it. The replacement entree of a hamburger with mac n' cheese seemed to be in competition to "out worse" the cheese fries. The patty was so overcooked, it was like a blackened burger crust. The mac n' cheese order was messed up so I ended up with a side of it on my plate instead of fries (as I requested) but also a medium-sized bowl of the messy stuff as an a'la carte order. The mac n'cheese was n'edible. One bite was all it took and the rest of it sat there between my guest and I taking in the filthy ambience of the rooftop patio. I'm tempted to print this review and tape it to a bottle of Lysol spray cleaner in case they really don't have any money to clean that patio up. I'll let you know if I do. Finally, we purchased VIP tickets for a whole lot more money than regular tickets. The sound check, promised intimate Q&A and song request opportunity that had been billed as part of that VIP experience were as imaginary as the Casper the Ghost - whole also wouldn't be caught haunting this particular attic. The staff tried to tell me that I was the only VIP ticket holder that did not get the email with details of the sound check session 5 hours before the 9:30 show. But, as luck would have it, while standing in line for the 9:30 show after dinner, every single other VIP ticket holder had the same story as me. The venue had not emailed or called any of us. And the venue had not returned my voicemail of earlier that day inquiring about when the VIP sound check would be. You could only get me to return to Eddie's Attic if there was new management and a kitchen makeover. Whatever success they might have had to earn them their current name recognition, they have lost sight of the basics and will not grow with new clientele. read more

This used to be my spot when I was young and single- when I enjoyed hanging out with folk singers with whom I'd mingle, and spend all my money on beer and CDs, but then my boo came along and changed priorities. Now it's a place where we can go together and see a really great artist playing acoustically and enjoy some good food (their menu is quite nice). And choose to pay for the show or enjoy the patio outside. Also, open mic night is something to see. You hear some wonderful talent and some performing atrociously. But it's all in good spirit and everyone is polite. It's always been my favorite to come on Monday night. Some of my best times out have been at this bar from Jennifer Nettles to Indigo Girls and both Williamses (Victoria and Dar). I can't believe I've never reviewed Eddie's! Eddie's is the best place in the area for live, acoustic music in a venue FILLED with people who love music and respect the musicians. I've seen some amazing acts here - and I've never been disappointed. We try to always get a table for 4 even if it's just the 2 of us - it's great to support this place and gives you a bit more room and able to get closer up. But for popular shows, it will be cozy! The food is comfort/bar food - but good enough. Drinks are strong, good draft beer choices, and the wine won't make you wince. We even saw Joe Gransden and his Big Band there with my husband's 87 year old mother. We all had a BLAST. read more

I somehow had never made it here until recently. That's probably because I rarely go out to random shows and I'm just not really in touch with the local acoustic scene. Anyway, I thought it was a pretty good venue for quiet, acoustic-type music. The sound was good as was the service. Eddie's Attic is an Atlanta institution. Think of it as a "listening room" rather than a concert venue. It's small, cozy and sees a ton of early talent rolling through its doors. It is a little cramped, but that is absolutely part of the charm. The stage is located upstairs right off the square in Decatur. The room is filled with 4 top tables, a long bar and some stairs that double as sets. The tables are reserved when you buy your tickets. They seat a maximum of 4 and at the show I went to, they were all reserved ahead of time. This means anyone who opted to not pay the couple dollars extra for a table (me) had to fight it out between seats at the bar and on the stairs. I arrived about an hour before the show started and my friend and I got the last two seats at the bar. People under 21 can attend shows for an extra $4. The food at Eddie's Attic wasn't my most favorite, but if you are going to be somewhere from 6:30 - 11:00, you are probably going to want to eat there. I ordered a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The fries were really good, but the sandwich was mediocre and on the boring side. I also noticed the lady next to us sent her food back for some reason. It might be a good idea to ask the bar tenders or waiters what they recommend. The bar tenders were really nice and honest when I asked them about different things on the menu. Overall I think Eddie's Attic is great and that there should be more corners of the world like it. For such a small space, they have excellent acoustics. I like that the interior seems dated and worn in rather than spotlessly clean and modern. I also really enjoy seeing bands and singer songwriters that I've only kind of heard of before. As a place to eat, not my favorite. As a place to see live music, one of the best. read more

What happened??? The music is still magical and to experience a show there is almost heaven-like. Y'all have raised the prices on beer and food so high, I saw most people drinking only water. This only hurts your wonderful servers as well as your potential business. Can businesses not realize that it's better for tons of people who will order drinks all night at $3 or $4 even, is better than a handful that order only a few $5.50 beers??? I love live music and have been here many times. Overall I would only give it 2 stars. The only way anyone should experience Eddie's Attic is by reserving a $40 table (up to 4people) in advance. This way you can actually sit down and enjoy your time, although the tables are tiny and squshed together. Otherwise, everyone else pays $10-$14 for a chance to get one of the 20 bar stools in the room, or stand around hovering all evening. There is one carpeted stairs area that can squeeze in 30-40 people, just don't wear a skirt...or need to get back up for any reason. The talent is hit or miss but generally FANTASTIC. My favorite is the raw talent of the singer songwriters. If you have a reserved table then you have the freedom to get up and go to the bathroom or get a breather on the rooftop bar - and have a conversation between sets without your seat being taken when you return. Wings and drinks are good. But when Eddie left the business a couple years ago the crowds talk more in the music room during the sets and the staff is less attentive. People were even sushing each other with no help from the staff. When I want my fix for live music I will be back but not as often. It is in need of more seating or comfortable standing space, and some type of management. We were here for Valentine's Day and there was no host helping people find their seats or announced the acts. This is a fantastic venue if you enjoy local and indie music. Eddie does a fantastic job displaying talent from all across the country and right here in the heart of Atlanta to bring the best of the music world to those who truly appreciate it. The atmosphere is maintained by a quick and kind wait staff, a pretty strict no cell phone policy in the music room, and two full bars with very talented bartenders. Really cool little venue. Watched Micheal Tolcher play here. Very personal setting and one of the best places in Atlanta to see up and coming artists. Its a bit cramped and you will be very close to the other tables who, if they so decide to sit in a certain way, will block your view/ annoy you with their dancing. Other than that though, the drinks are good and so is the food. There is an outside patio with very friendly bartenders as well. Overall, I had an excellent experience here. One star deducted for the cramped quarters and annoying neighboring tables which can put a damper on your night. read more

This place is way cozy and cute. The BF and I went there to see The Brilliant Inventions last Saturday and the music venue area was packed. It's definitely a more intimate setting with tables you can reserve for special acts, plenty of seating around the two bar areas, a multi-step area by the entrance to the room to plop your bum, or stand/lean against the wall or railing that splits the two bar areas. I would definitely go back there to see another show if opportunity presented itself. Found out that Shawn Mullins, John Mayer and several other Georgia natives started out there. Over tasty pork and fish tacos, I learned a lot about scrapping toilets from old prisons and how you really don't want to get rabies. Not like I was planning on fist-fighting rabid dogs, but whatever. Food and beers were swiftly served by hipsters that ironically wear scarves in the spring and summer. One dude even had two different color eyed which blew my mind. I assume he owns a scooter and/or a one speed road bike. They have a average beer list at average prices, but in case you forgot THEY HAVE AN OUTDOOR ROOFTOP PATIO. read more

Let me premise that we were really tired from the night before and tried to sell our tickets in front of the bar... yes, we are getting old. We tried to pawn off our tickets to the bass player and a band member's parents who obviously did not want to buy our tickets. Eventually after sitting out front for about an hour, we sucked it up and geared up for the show. A giant tequila shot (seriously, what's up with ATL and huge shots?) later and we were ready. It was Cinco de mayo after all... Actually ended up being a really great show. Not quite country, but the lead singer had a bunch of funny stories. I real entertainer. Pretty sure at one point he said that his liver hurt. No filter. We probably reduced the average age of the audience by 5 years, but def a cool small venue. Overall, a solid time. read more

Because somehow I'm always the one that has to sit wedged in between eight people and their tables and can't move or breathe the entire concert for fear of leaning on someone I don't know. *breathe* Yes, that's the only prob with getting a table - extreme lack of comfort. Oh who am I kidding, I'm sure the people sitting on that hard stadium seating in the back are uncomfortable too, but they didn't pay as much as I did. That takes away almost 2 whole stars. The other portion of the star is cost; prices in that place sometimes make me do a double take. Pabst for 3.27 and 7 bucks for a glass of wine? Wow, it's a bar. Food prices are fairly average for bar prices, kinda moderate. 7.50 for an app, 7 bucks for a salad. Etc. Suffice it to say, I eat and grab a drink before I get to Eddie's. Oh how I love hearing Kathleen Edwards and then getting her autograph afterwards as she sits down and talks to me - while everyone behind me is sighing and pushing. Oh sweet love. Garrison Starr frequents here when she's in town. Brandi Carlile will be stopping by in May - in fact, I've never seen a concert there sell out so fast. I've caught Athen's band Hope for Agoldensummer there at least once. For the most part, I've always met the person (people) who is (are) playing at Eddies. For those who want autographs or to say, "I played your song at my wedding," you can do it. After the show, the selling of merch ensues in the room to the opposite side of the "stage" room. Along with this selling is talk time with the artist. And I have yet to have an artist snub us loyal fans. Especially when it usually means someone buys something JUST to get it signed. *So bring yer cash! Or use the ATM in the corner!* Did I mention I have a soft spot for the singer, songwriter? My bad. I do. And some day I will get to attend a great show here with my Dad. I have to give Eddie's Attic a 5 due to the fact that I saw two of the best shows of my life there. Given, both were the same guy (Will Hoge) and it was two nights in a row, but everything was amazing. Price, location, atmosphere, like-minded people...everything was great. I'm a big fan of acoustic music and live shows in general, so I really enjoyed Eddie's Attic. I really enjoy how they have song samples of upcoming artists on their website. That's really helpful to see what shows may be appealing to possible concert-goers. I'd frequent the place much more often if I didn't live 20+ miles away. Otherwise, this is one of the best live venues I've ever been to, and I've been all over the place. read more

Eddie's Attic is a wonderful place of live accoustic music! I went for the first time and it is an experience like no other for the music scene in Atlanta. It is small, quaint, and intimate. They are also VERY serious about their music so do not plan on going and moshing and throwing some devil horns, expect to sit and enjoy the wonderful music that is being played. My one complaint is that it is a little too intimate. They have table and chairs and you might as well be sitting on each other's laps....they need to work on that...I could feel the dude behind me breathing on me! I have been here many times, but only once since Eddie left and it shows. He used to come out before every show to tell you to turn you damn cell phone off; we are here to listen to the artist and give them our full attention. If you need to talk go outside on the porch! That does not happen anymore. The food is really good, I did see that the chef was still there last time I went, I'm not sure about now. Last time I was there was November 12th; it was a night out for my 29 year old son and I. I got there VERY early because we were so excited to see Ed Kowalczyk, one of our favorites that we saw at Center Stage a couple of years ago. I was third in line when the doors opened and noticed a table in the back that was NOT reserved. I sat, got waited on, ate, my son arrived, he sat, got waited on started eating then one of the managers showed up and said that we were not supposed to be sitting there. That the table had a reserved sign on it, which it did not. I have been there so many times, I know if a table is reserved or not. While my son was eating they made a huge deal about it and made us leave the table while he was still trying to eat. So sad, we had been waiting on this night for a very long time, it was embarrassing and the fact that they called me a liar about the table and it turned into a yelling match was ridiculous. The saddest thing was that I did not realize it was the anniversary of my son being diagnosed with diabetes at age 12. When he got home he posted on FB, thanks to Eddie's Attic for making tonight the 2nd worst November 12th in my life. I just cried. After this huge blow up, they did refund my money which meant nothing, the experience was devastating. We both just went home, me crying at such a huge let down. Of course the show was sold out and there was not an inch anywhere to sit, except two spots on the steps where people made room, one on the top and one on the bottom where you can't see crap. Thanks a lot new management, I think your people need to pay more attention to what they are doing. read more

We had never been here before though had heard a lot about it for years. Tonight we received an invite to the kick off of the Decatur Book Fair and there was a lot of stuff going on. The venue was awesome and really lent itself to setting the right atmosphere for the event. Food was all fried, but still good - I'm sure the progress I've been making on my girlish figure will experience a setback as a result. Cool personalities and lots planned for this cool event (it's in September). Afterwards, we hung out on the back bar and sucked down some club soda and limes (which majorly hit the spot) while the breeze off of the rooftop patio was perfect. Am anticipating a return for a full length concert instead of the tease we got tonight! read more

First time here was on a Thursday for the 7:00 David Ryan Harris concert. I ordered the mahi mahi and fries. $12. Wasn't bad but wasn't my fave mahi mahi sandwich either. I'll have to go back to try their other menu options though. I'm confused as to why the waitress added a tip. I'm not sure if they do that every time but it was only 1 other person with me, soooooo I'm not understanding. Nevertheless the venue is cool. There are tables and a bar and a stair type situation so ppl can stand up and still see the show. For DRH we made the stairs a sit down situation. Not good for bad backs or bad knees so if there's a concert better get there early. read more

The musicians are very talented and each play 3 songs apiece that must all be original. Good date spot, but not for a first date. Love coming here for concerts. It's always a good time. It's an intimate atmosphere so you can feel really connected to the artist. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are definitely reasonably priced. Every time I've had food there it was great. I've had the taco trio as well as the mixed berry dessert with ice cream and both were phenomenal. Just saw Matthew Mayfield there last night and he played for over two hours. It was great! read more

Eddie's Attic is a great venue for listening to singer/songwriter acoustic type music. Monday's are open mic and attract serious, aspiring performers from Atlanta and elsewhere. Before going, just be aware that this is a place to listen to music and not to converse with your date/friends. We only had an appetizer. It was baked brie with walnuts and toast points and it was very tasty. The bar is pretty basic. I thought it was a little strange how each beer had a different price and they were all random and a little pricey. Sweetwater 420 - $4.82. They did have the Atlanta staple of a tall Pabst for 3-something. As we were walking out I saw a flyer for Girlyman, a band or duo I have had on my iPod for a long time. I may have to go back for that one. Again, if you are going for anything other than the music...don't bother. Otherwise, great little music venue. read more

I went here last weekend to here a friends band, and I loved it! the staff was perfect and friendly, however they barely had any beers on draft, which was disappointing. Also I feel that the cover of 14$ was too much for a local band, hello we are in a recession!!! We went to Eddie's last night for the first time in awhile. I'd really been looking forward to hearing Francine Reed and having my favorite sweet potato fries in Atlanta. Well, Francine Reed and her band were as good as ever, but the rest of the experience was a huge disappointment. How embarrassing it was that no one even introduced Ms. Reed... an all but inaudible voice came over a very poor sound system to announce her and SHE had to tell them twice that no one out in the audience could hear them. Her act has been an annual Black History Month event for many years at Eddie's and most of the people there were long-time fans. I found the slight most embarrassing. Move on to the service.... the three of us at my table ordered food and drinks. The drinks came and, finally, the food arrived. My friend and I ordered something we'd had several times before -- fish tacos. After we left, she asked me how I like the 'onion tacos.' Is there new kitchen staff? The tacos were mediocre at best. I'd also ordered sweet potato fries, but they didn't come with our dinner. The place looked understaffed, so I was sympathetic to our server at first. After asking for my fries FOUR times I NEVER got them. In fact, our waiter NEVER once returned on his own to see how we were doing and to see if we'd like a second drink. (Hey, Eddie's... isn't selling food and liquor one of the ways you make money?) Upon leaving, we did complain and were told bands don't want to be introduced... Francine, is this right? Did you feel welcome? I know the audience loved you, but I felt you were slighted and not given the respect you deserve. We were given a $20 gift certificate, but I'll probably never use it. So sad, Eddie's was one of my favorite places... we always took out-of-town guests and bragged about the great 'listening room' venue in Decatur. Great place to listen to acoustic music- really chill relaxed atmosphere. It's an intimate, quiet "listening room" once the music starts so you can focus on the music. A little cozy- the tables and chairs are very close to each other so if your table neighbors are annoying like the the folks in front of us, you can't get away. There are also seats along the bar and bleacher-style seating along the back corner on the room. Non-smoking, which is great so my clothes don't reek of smoke when I leave. The only food I had was a cup of delicious sweet potato fries....get them, you won't be disappointed! read more

I attended a show at Eddie's Attic for the first time last night. The staff and the sound and the intimate room where they ask you to be quiet and focus on the music are great. Here is advice on ticketing and seating that I wish I knew beforehand... The club is very small. There are tables that hold 4 people each. Down front, closest to the stage, they are low tables and behind them are tall tables with bar stools with backs for seating. Behind THEM are the General Admission bar stools with backs at the bar. To the other side of the room, there are bleachers. I couldn't see but I think the bleachers had cushioned seats and maybe you could sit back or maybe the person the next row up has their feet behind your back. I couldn't tell for sure. For best unobstructed views, I suggest buying a table which is 4 tickets. Even if you don't have 4 people in your party but you want a table, it may be worth the money for you to buy the 4 tickets anyway. By the time I decided to go to this show, the tables were sold out, so I had to get General Admission. On the day of the show at 5:00 their version of a box office opens. Go inside and up to the top of the stairs to the cash register. That is their box office. The person working will check off your name. If you have a table reserved, you get to look at the seat map and pick your table. If you have general admission, they will give you a number for you to line up later. Sort of like Southwest Airlines. Unless you want to stand all night for the show in the back of the room, you will want to show up at 5:00 and do this step. About 30 minutes before the show, the doors will open. The people with reserved tables will go in and find your name on the table that you picked at 5:00. No need for you to rush. The people in General Admission will line up in number order. We were number 1 but didn't know what the seating arrangements were until we walked into the room. It is now a mad dash to quickly pick a seat because everyone coming in behind you needs to pick one too. Since we planned on eating, we chose two bar stools at the bar. Fair warning... some of those bar stools may already have a reserved sign on them if the artist has guests. Even though we were number 1, we still had a pole blocking our view (frowny face). Also, once the people who had reserved tables arrived, the ones at the tall tables were right in front of the bar seating. (another frowny face). You could not look over them because their chairs were as tall as ours. If you are not eating, the bleacher seats may be a better view, especially the top row. The barstools went super-fast and then the bleacher seats seemed like the next choice. Those who got a high number and were let into the concert last had to stand in the back behind everyone else. After the show, the artists went to their merchandise table in the lobby and met with fans and took photos and stuff. That's the beauty of a small club. All in all, it was a great experience but I didn't know about all of this ahead of time even though I tried to find it online. Hopefully, this will help others. read more

I can't kind of figure out this place. I really like their attic and wings with a beer but the funny thing is that almost each time we get here the attic, which is the reason why we come, is empty, and meanwhile there is some concerts here. That means we maybe come for a wrong reason? indeed others perceive this place differently we like it though for its attic and wings! read more

Eddie's is my favorite place to hear music in Atlanta!! The Monday Open Mic Night is consistently amazing! I've been going to these off and on for 5 years now and each week Eddie is an endearing MC, the atmosphere is respectful and laid back and there is a showcase of talent from near and far. The shootout of all the winner's in June is hands down the best place to discover new music. The venue is also a great spot to see up and coming artists such as The Civil Wars, catch a surprise performance from John Mayer, attend a viewing party for It's Always Sunny In Philly with just the right amount of shenanigans and have conversations on the terrace with a wide variety of truly kind people. read more
