Slowly, and confidently, the good Doctor has been working to resolve my bleeding gums, plaque filled teeth, etc. After my last DEEP CLEANING a few weeks ago, wow! I have absolutely no bleeding for probably the first time in my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and am willing to drive 7 hours to see her!

She offers of warm and inviting atmosphere and her personality is very upbeat and kind and professional, she has state of the art equipment for example to create a tooth on the spot if needed and having just brought my 13-year-old in to see her for a cleaning my daughter has never said before now that she enjoyed the dentist! She really liked it and it changed her opinions of going to the dentist! For example my 13-year-old, was given a warm towel for her neck and her eyes to be covered while Dr. Watanabe cleaned her teeth. There's music and a fountain it going as well as the TV is on to underground aquarium or sea life... And she left with a little goodie bag. They have multiple hygienists, all of whom are professional, warm, and gentle. I've seen them carefully clean and sanitize each chair multiple times. Dr. Gross is knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, takes the time to explain all procedures and answer our questions. We believe in a minimally invasive approach to our health, and he never recommends unnecessary work. Another great aspect is that they've accepted all three different insurance plans we've had over the years, making visits seamless. On top of all that, they have the best toy prize tower I've ever seen! It's such a fun reward for kids and makes every visit something to look forward to. The street parking can be tricky, so arriving a little early is a good idea. 5 star dentist! Highly recommend!

She asked to the subscriber was for the insurance and I gave her the subscribers date of birth with the year being 1935 and she asked if that was the correct year I said yes. She said 1935? Almost insulting. I told her I would look somewhere else. The biggest problem I find that doctors offices have is their staff. Truly repelling but also happy to find the truth early on glad I didn't go with this place.

The receptionist was very nice, greeted me with a smile and paperwork. She was very knowledgeable about my insurance, co-pays and costs. She took the time to give me honest and accurate information.
