This business fails to live up to their service level agreements with apple. I went in this store…read morewith a 2 month old iPhone cable that wasn't working. I was first told that I just need to buy a new iPhone charger. I informed the technican that I would like to proceed with a warranty reaplacment instead of paying for a new one. The technicians then said, well we can't service this because we are not an apple store, which is a complete lie. Then after showing them the service level agreement that they have with apple. They THEN decided to tell me that my cable was physically damaged? Damaged? I think not. Sure my cable has some normal wear and tear, but I didn't damage it. The tech has to literally examine ever single centimeter of my cable in front of me so that he could "find" reasons to say that it wasn't covered. Want proof? Update: a took a short walk to Elkjøp. They were wonderful and never for a second claimed accidental damage on my cable. I would suggest using them for service as this store clearly does not abide by their service agreements with apple.
