Was supposed to come quote some work on my home, ended up messaging me 5 mins after he was already…read moresupposed to be there that he had to reschedule last minute. So we rescheduled to meet up again a few days later. Showed up 20 mins late the second time but got the quote done. Was supposed to install 2 sinks and fix a leaky hose connection in my garage. I work from home and had to cancel an entire day of clients to accommodate the plumbing work as the water had to be turned off and they would be coming and going in and out of my work space. I was told the job would be completed in one day. He didn't end up finishing the job. I explained I didn't want to have to cancel another days worth of clients (as it costs me money) to have him return so he agreed to come in on a Sunday when I have no one scheduled. He was scheduled to come for 8:30 am. He never showed up, never texted or called me to come and finish the job. I have tried reaching out and he has completely ghosted me. Do not recommend using their services. They are always late, did not get the job done on time and then never returned to finish the agreed upon work. 0 out 10 for communication and timing.
