After spending several hundred dollars on an expensive older refrigerator with nothing being fixed by another company, I tried ED Service a couple of years later and was immediately impressed with the professionalism of their repairman Nick, his knowledge and his skills. He quickly identified the real problem and assured us we did NOT have to defrost the whole frig for several days in order to see if it would work properly. He and his company were very responsive about timing, and took full responsibility for needing to come back after finding during the first visit that a part would have to be ordered. Pricing was very fair even before that, but not charging for the trip or labor for the second visit was truly impressive. I should add that the part was ordered immediately and installed on the next business day. I am delighted to have everything fixed after two years and will call ED for any future needs and ask for Nick if he is available. read more

I chose this company because their online booking system was simple to use, offered next‑day availability, and had the best price for a microwave diagnostic. The technician arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained my options clearly. I really appreciated that they offered a refurbished part option ensuring a cost-effective saving me money while also being environmentally conscious. Excellent service overall; I'd gladly recommend them and will use them again! read more

ED Service came out to diagnose my ailing 15 yr old Samsung refrigerator. Artem of ED Service completed a thorough analysis of the problems. Communication and professionalism was excellent. Unfortunately, the Samsung was not worth saving. But, I will definitely call ED Service for any of my future appliance repair needs. 100% satisfied. It was a very good experience. read more

Service was great! Nick showed up on time and was very polite and informational. He was able to diagnose the issue with my washer, fix it (with being completely honest and transparent with pricing if it could be another issue), and put everything back to together. He also ran through all testing settings with me to show that the issue was resolved. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a repair in pinch!! read more

I have used ED Service twice now, both in my workplace and my home. They are very reliable and quick to help. I definitely recommend them!

Ed Service stated he would have the part for my microwave on Monday and would install at that time. As promised he returned with the part and completed the installation. Ed called to let me know when he would be arriving and again he was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The job was finished within an hour and he gave me a Warranty, should there be any problems. We tested the microwave to insure it was working properly. And he was on his way. I would definitely recommend him. read more

The dryer suddenly stopped working, so we contacted ED Service to see if it could be repaired. Nick found the issue quickly but unfortunately he didn't have the replacement part with him. We scheduled another appointment for him to come back and replace the part, and when he did, he replaced and tested the dryer with the new part within 5 minutes. He called each time to let us know whether he was on the way or if he had been delayed, and he was very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and the scheduling was quick. I would contact ED Service again for any future appliance repairs. read more

Wow. Ed Service is outstanding! Homeowner (I) trouble shooting as a bad element. Ed suggested he come by to troubleshoot the issue before ordering the replacement element since it was end of life and very expensive. I agreed, so he came by and element was good and he found a short on the oven control board which he soldered and repair inside my house. Bottom line. Ed is very responsive, fair and saved me $$$ on not ordering a replacement element! Now my oven is working fine with limited downtime Thank you Ed! read more

He has helped me twice and I really appreciate it! The first time was for my washer and he was able to fix it so that it started draining again (which totally saved my life) and he arrived when he said he would and was way more reasonable than other companies. I was happy to use him again when the freezer in my garage died, and even though he couldn't fix it, he still showed up on time and was kind and helpful in explaining what was wrong and why it couldn't be repaired (Canadian company, part no longer available). I'll be happy to use him the next time I have an appliance issue! read more

You will find a better company to service your appliances. Called them on Saturday and they came out Saturday afternoon. Diagnosed the problem, got the part to repair the microwave on Monday and the microwave was fixed by 2pm on Monday. The service charge to come out onSaturday was $60, and that amount was inclusive in the final bill. In the future i will call on this company requiring service on any major appliance - oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The quality of work is outstanding at a very reasonable cost. read more
