Country Fincas seemed friendly enough to start with (small office, two middle-aged women running it and a slightly gormless husband doing odd jobs on properties), but we ended up getting the run around by these people, who made promises they didn't deliver and only seemed interested in the money at the end of the day.
We found a much better agent just a couple of streets away and we now have the ideal home in the sun in the end.
