The riding school itself may well be worth a visit. However the shop on their website is truly appalling: they don't reply to emails, and you can't ever get hold of anyone (not even an answerphone) on the phone number indicated. Makes you wary of buying anything from them online: if customer service is non existent pre sales, there is not much hope of getting any help post sales, should there ever be an issue. I think I'll pay another visit to the Lipizzaner in Wien instead! read more
