The owner and driving instructor of this small driving school is named Rosie, and she is extremely dishonest! Avoid!!
I received a gift certificate in 2013 for driving lessons and tried to claim it this year (2017). I lost the physical certificate however my mother has proof of purchase from the bank that she paid for the course. Rosie did not accept this proof of purchase and insists I need the physical certificate she printed on a regular piece of paper. She pretended to look in her filing cabinet for 3 seconds and said she has no records of it. Then she continued to make excuses claiming it's too late now anyways, too much time has passed. She will not even honour the dollar amount paid for the certificate and accept the difference. Rosie insisted that I will have to pay the whole amount if i wish to start the driving lessons...
I know friends that have taken the course with her, and they told me she is horrible. Luckily I have the chance to start fresh somewhere else. You'll know this lady is problematic upon meeting her. Her lack of patience or empathy is obvious. I'd say shop somewhere else, and definitely avoid buying gift certificates! read more
