This might not seem like a big issue, but it DRAGGSSS on the amount of time that you are in driving school because it books up so quick. You are waiting minimum a month for an in car. Also on the theory calls, the Morty's Rep (Alex) is such a pain. I would go to any other school just to avoid her. She is not understanding at all and you will make the smallest thing she doesn't like and she will kick you off the call costing you 50$ and making you redo the class. Sometimes feels like you are being terrorized rather than thought. But the worst part is they charge you over things that are not there, they misinform you about situation and ask for more money. In numerous cases like, my contract has ended or I didn't pass my evaluation etc. they tried to charge me. When I countered by telling rules and AQTr complaint, they gave me my attestation and closed my account immediately. Please make sure you know your rights while talking to them, else you might end up paying a lot more than you should.

The teachers I have had have all been excellent and perfectly bilingual and so kind and friendly. They are great at making you feel comfortable and also at making sure you really understand the information. The cars are hybrid and clearly marked as student vehicles and they are all in great shape. The location is excellent for driving classes, you can spend time in chill residential streets and easily work up to St Catherines, even the Decarie and the 20. They even have a driving simulator which you can basically use as much as you want if you are registered there for more free practice. I feel way more at ease driving than I ever have before, but I'll update you after I take the rest. Wish me luck on my pending adulthood! (I'm going to take like a thousand more classes though, so don't hold your breath.)

You just can't find anybody in that NDG Office, just close it since there is no one to pick up the stupid phone for any inquiries. We paid the full package of the course for my daughter plus additional one for extra driving classes because the driving practice is not enough in the regular one. She failed the practice exam because she was lacking basic knowledge in a lot of areas that were not covered. I had to find a different competitors company and pay 4 more classes of driving so she could pass the exam, and she did pass the exam. She said that there is a huge difference between the teachers and how they worked with her. The Omega teachers just don't care, they are not helpful at all, and they don't even provide any useful tips for the actual exam. The other place offered much more personalized service, and they actually cared and wanted her to pass! It is just one big waste of money. I wasted mine, please don't waste yours!
