I called and made my reservation directly with them instead of a third party internet site. It was quick and easy and they answered all my questions. I found this hotel was consistently good but never spectacular. Everything was clean and well…read moremaintained and adequate, but never luxurious or even cozy. My executive suite was spacious, in terms of floor area, but the furnishings and decor were spartan. Lighting in the room was plentiful and bright, but harsh and not placed quite right for reading or working. The free breakfast had a waffle maker, pre-packaged muffins, yogurt, sweetened kids cereals, plain bagels, biscuits and gravy, canned cranberry "juice," and fresh fruit. The photos on Yelp and on other review sites accurately represent the property. A few nice things to be aware of: They're very pet-friendly, which even though I don't currently have a pet, is a plus for me. They have dumpsters readily available for guest use, so I didn't have to worry a bit about what to do with my pizza box. They're very accommodating of "do not disturb" wishes. The price was reasonable for what I got, and I didn't regret staying here, but it still wouldn't be my first choice for an extended stay or for a pleasurable getaway. Review based on one 3-night stay.

Lots of changes over the years, but it's still a great value for what you get. Outdoor pool goes up to 8ft. They have nice standard rooms or the VIP rooms. Our group had one of each this last trip and both rooms were just right. They have an onsite restaurant and lounge. Close to other restaurants, shopping, and not far from the downtown area. Love staying here when we come into town!

Eee-Gads! I've seen my fair share of low-rent motels in my…read morelife, but this is one of the biggest & trashiest dumps I've ever seen. The Owner has absolutely no problem yelling at well-behaved guests for simply trying to enjoy the courtyard deck, but fully tolerates the frequent criminal activity, the ongoing rampant drug usage & sales, the piles of trash that exist all over the property, and rowdy guests that constantly break stuff. The Owner even removed all the chairs & tables that were on the courtyard deck, as he ranted & raved about guests that were just trying to enjoy the outdoors. The guest laundry room is chock full of literal trash spewn all over the floor, on the machines - pretty much everywhere but in the trash can itself. The washers & dryers are absolutely disgusting, covered in dirt, grime, cigarette butts, grease, etc. Law enforcement & Emergency service personnel are a frequent sight, as they respond to crime, over-doses, fights, and other such problems. Full bags of garbage litter the walkways, as garbage cans are always overflowing with absolutely stinking trash. Apparently there's no place to put it all, as the large trash bins are always overflowing. Housekeeping is a total joke. The vacuum cleaner does not seem to exist nor be part of the "cleaning" regimen. Stained towels are a frequent "amenity". Furniture, lamps and other surfaces in the room are most always covered in filth. Fabric window curtains are stained & absolutely filthy, to the point of stinking, reeking of mold & mildew. I quite literally blackened a hand towel by just trying to clean the filth off the room window. But hey, at least you get loud thumping bass until 2am from the two-bit "nightclub" that occupies the "restaurant/bar" at night. Did I mention that the Owner is one of the rudest & most inhospitable people I've ever met?
