He was pushy rude and took my car back to his yard rather than the scrap yard where I asked him to because "they weren't open yet" they opened at 8 they hooked up at 7:55. Of course before this he offered my wife who doesn't own the car $200 after looking under the car. So now, if we didn't accept his offer we would have to pay the tow bill x2 plus $30/ day to hold it there. The bill was revised to be for one tow. To be clear.... This was the other guy and NOT CCR towing... I paid these people in Pennies...no really... It felt great. Then I called CCR. OMG thank you CCR. They were there immediately, knew what to do and did it. Customer service still matters at CCR towing. They even swept up glass around the car before towing to the scrap yard (the surrounding area was littered with glass and little car pieces). Great job! Very happy!!

Recently the vice president of the company decided to start charging 5 dollars a month rent for the modem (indefinitely) to use their service, before the modem was supplied free of charge, which makes sense since your already paying for the service. Also I have a large house with detached garage with a phone ran in there from house. I was told it was an extra five dollars a month to have my phone in the garage even though its the same number as in the house. I love supporting local businesses, but this company will take you for everything they can.

The repairman was out at the house 20 minutes after we called (on a Sunday no less), fixed the problem in about 30 minutes, relit the water heater, stove and the furnace, showed me his repair work, was very pleasant, and the price was very reasonable. He also told me to watch for the propane sale they have every summer - they have a week where the price drops to about 85 cents per gallon. Could not have asked for anything more, and certainly expected much less. This company is highly recommended!
