Owners decided to change their auto pay system...they charge me for late fees. Their mass emails go to SPAM in texts, and UPDATES in Gmail...I don't check those places...they don't send mail or call about accounts. Just keep charging late fees. Then they charge for a new lock because they wouldn't call me back about my key not working. It's ALWAYS going to be your word against theirs. I can't afford $311.00 on a $63.00 unit. My money was there & is there for all my auto payments. My bank had proof. DO NOT GET TREATED LIKE POOP FROM ROB OR KELLY. WORST BUSINESS RELATIONS I HAVE HAD. read more
