I ordered a ceiling light pull from this company on 27th April. It never arrived. I emailed them on…read more21st May. They did not reply. I tried to call them several times. They did not answer the phone. On 24th May they emailed to say that the product I had ordered was no longer available and offered me an alternative (they claimed that they emailed me to tell me this at the time but I never received such an email). The alternative was not suitable so I asked for a refund. I did not receive a reply, or a refund. I emailed them again on 29th May, 11th June, and again today on 16th June. Still no reply and no refund. I have given them until this Friday after which I will take them to the small claims court. This is neither acceptable or legal behavior.
