The staff is great but the prices are inflated on pretty much every item in the shop from mods to liquid. It's mixed to order, which is fine, but should not be as expensive as it is by any means. I am particularly unhappy that they sold me a mod without telling me that they didn't carry the replacement glass for the tank. I learned that AFTER I broke my tank glass - and then learned that no one else carries the glass for this tank except Chinese eBay sellers. Not cool, people. Not cool. I now have a useless mod and can't get my money back. It's the closest shop to me but I drive elsewhere because it's with it to me. read more

I purchased a SmokTech VV EGO Winder 1300Mah Battery for $29.95 on 2/28, the button jammed five days later, with my receipt in hand I went to the store ECig XCAPE and asked for a even exchange, after the younr man at the counter tried to fix it with a tool, he called the owner and told me "I talked to the owner and she said the best I can do is sell you another one for 18.00 and give you a bottle of juice'. My reply was "I paid 30.00 for this 7 days ago, it broke I have my receipt" he said that's all I can do for you. I told him to advise the owner they lost my business and anyone I know that Vapes. This is a horrible way to run your business, this is a competitive market with vape shops opening all over and i'll be at one of them, not yours. read more

They carry plenty of parts that other places don't (for me it was a Pyrex replacement for a kanger tank), and have a clean shop which is more than I can say for others. Not a type of cape shop I'm used to. Only supplying house juices and they charge to sample their flavored.

First of all, I was happy to find a place locally with a good selection of hardware as well as juice. The first time I found the place was in April of this year. I spoke with the owner, Sue, who was very nice and convinced me it was worth paying extra to buy from a store instead of getting my mod online. She also said they guaranteed their products and would make sure customers were satisfied. I purchased an eLeaf Istick 50 as well as other items that day for $70. So when my two month old Istick stopped working, I took it back into the store and was told by employees the best they could do would be to sell me one at their cost around $50. I felt that was unreasonable considering how long I had owned it. So I asked them to call Sue. Her response was to offer me a 15% discount which was worse than previous $50 offer and she also refused to talk with me about the situation. So I left with my defective product but vowed to let everyone know this store does not back their products and I would not give them another penny. I still wish to shop locally when possible but I will continue the hunt for an honorable business who follows through on promises made during the sale. read more

This is such an awesome shop! Sue is great, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help and give advise if something goes wrong with my e cig. I had an issue with my tank and Mike went above and beyond to make sure it was solved immediately. He replaced my tank with a brand new one and filled it with the e juice I had in my old tank. Fast service, however $38 for a 60ml bottle of juice is way to expensive for a non-premium product.
