Plus the prices are insanely good for the products they sell! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I never had a bad interaction and always felt comfortable looking around. Also it's well decorated and it feels like a sophisticated smoke shop! Love this place! Highly recommended!

I normally love this location but as of recent the new hire with the pink hair has been making this…read morestore lose its class. I was in a couple weeks ago and she was talking to her coworker about how she wants to "get blackout drunk or go to a hotel to get f..." I'm not saying the rest. I was utterly shocked and appalled that she had the nerve to say that out loud. I mean by all means, do what you want but THERE WERE CHILDREN IN THE STORE AND SHE WASNT BEING QUIET ABOUT IT EITHER. I've been in 4 different times and it's always something wild from her. Another time I came in she had a whole line accumulated and was casually talking to the customer she was handling about her wild night at the bar. Cussing every 3 words and not shy about it either. All that While people are waiting to be checked out! I came in yesterday, once again she's loud and basically screaming profanities throughout the whole store! Heard her telling a customer that the yellow hair color she was looking at "will look like she just had a f****ing golden shower" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A store full of people and kids and this is how you act? How is it that I, a regular customer know everything about her life from my less than 5 minute shopping trip? I can tell her coworkers feel uncomfortable by their faces and the way they try to divert the conversation to something more store- related. I'm sorry but as much as I love this store and how helpful and articulate most of the workers are I can't come back when she's working it's too much for me. Please hiring team, do better when it comes to who you let work for you. I understand a lot of people aren't working/don't want to but hiring just anyone sometimes gets you results like this where people feel uncomfortable and would rather take their business elsewhere.
