"Deals, Heart, and a Cart Full of Kindness"…read more Ollie's in Madisonville, KY isn't just" Good Stuff Cheap"--it's good people doing good work. The store is well-organized, stocked with quality finds, and priced with families in mind. Whether you're hunting for hidden gems or stretching your budget, the experience is smooth and uplifting. What truly sets them apart is how they treat people. The team welcomes you with warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine spirit of care. It feels like stepping into a space where kindness is part of the inventory. And their compassion doesn't stop at checkout: * They've partnered with Feeding America to help provide millions of meals to families facing food insecurity. * They've raised over $4.6 million for the Children's Miracle Network, bringing care and comfort to kids in need. * They've donated more than $5.1 million to Toys for Tots, spreading joy and restoring hope for families during the holiday season. This isn't just business--it's benevolence in action. And from where Grace in Action stands, we call that purposeful stewardship. If Grace in Action had a shopping motto, it might be: "Find the good--and roll it to the checkout." Respectfully, Martha Founder in Action, Grace in Action

One huge plus for me is the fact that they have a military discount for active and veterans for 10% off. The staff are always helpful and polite whenever I come in. The staff seem very knowledgeable regarding different issues that i have spoken with them about. This is one place I will continue to return to. They usually aren't super busy and there isn't a wait time. The overall cost is relatively the same as other shops like Auto Zone. Will continue to come to the shop for my vehicles needs.

Review for Goodwill - Madisonville, KY…read more The employees at the Madisonville Goodwill are always kind, helpful, and respectful. The store is clean every time I visit, and tonight was no exception. I stopped in to buy some things for different causes I support, and while I was there, I met a young man who used to be homeless. Hearing part of his story -- and knowing he now has a job and stability -- reminded me how important this organization is. I want to spotlight two employees, Hannah and Tricia, who helped me with my purchase. They were very kind young ladies, assisting me and several other customers even though the store was busy. Their patience and professionalism stood out. Goodwill uses the money from donated items and store sales to support programs that help people find jobs, learn new skills, and become more independent. They offer job training, career counseling, classes, and support for people rebuilding their lives -- including those who have experienced homelessness or unemployment. I encourage my family and friends to shop here. And if you have anything to donate, please stop by and talk with the employees. Your donations help support a worthy cause. -- Martha Grace in Action
