Unfortunately they have gone dark on us after cashing the check and leaving our yard unfinished. We hired them to lay weed preventing tarp/netting under our backyard rock and do a cleanup of grass, weeds, etc. Initial cleanup was fine. They finished and left after taking the check. I told them thank you and they were gone. This was where i messed up. I should have gone and verified that every single section was complete and to my satisfaction before i handed them the check. But I'm an optimist and I trusted that it was done right. By husband comes home, sees the yard, tells me it's not even halfway done, and i get mad. Seriously? No communication was made that they would be back to finish or anything. I reached out via yelp to the company...apparently they ran out of tarp and had to come back (this first job took at least 6 hours with a few guys). WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE THEY LEFT . They come back a few days later and this time only one man is doing the work. Takes him over 8 hours to lay the tarp (my yard is not big...our entire lot is only 8,000 sf and my house is 2000 of that and we have a large patch of grass...the rock is minimal.) still doesn't finish and says he will have to come back. I hear nothing for days. I reach out AGAIN via yelp and have heard NOTHING back. Twice I've tried to get in touch and there has been zero response. Oh, but they cashed the check. All i can do is warn others. Beware. The work they did was okay. Still looks terrible in spots, and weeds are popping through the parts of the netting that they cut half-assed. But I learned my lesson. I will not work with this company again after all the hassle and now my yard isn't even complete AND I'm out the money.

She gave me the number of Oscar who upon talking to came out fairly quickly to look at the job. The price was pretty competitive and I gave him the go ahead to start the job ASAP. I paid him The 50% down on the spot and he scheduled me in. The job was completed in under a week and he was again paid IMMEDIATELY upon completion. This job was completed December of 2018. In April of 2019 I got a notice from my HOA that I had put turf in without permission and I needed to bring them a sample of the turf and drop off an application I order to avoid a $200/month fine. I reached out to Oscar so that I could obtain a sample and could not get ahold of him. I left him Voicemails until his inbox was full and texted him numerous times. I have since spoken to a Oscar who blatantly lied and said he dropped a sample on my front porch and someone must have taken it and that he would send another. Again nothing ever showed up. I have delayed the fines from HOA as long as I could but have accumulated $400 in fines at this point. As of last Friday 9/6 I threatened a report to the Better Business Bureau. Of course I immediately get a response from that and he says he talked to manufacture and they are sending a sample. It's been 8 days and still no sample. It's obvious he's completely full of BS. He wants to make his money but as soon as he's paid he doesn't care AT ALL. Worst customer service. Do not give someone like this the business. Greedy and shady. Go with a reputable company that has great customer service.
