After recieving other estimates, we chose DJF Electric based on the associated cost and professionalism of these gentlemen. David and one assistant arrived on time and wore shoe covers in order to not damage our floor coverings. They had all the necessary equipment including scafolding to reach the 15 foot ceiling and drop clothes. They meticulously assembled and installed the chandelier as well as changing out several canned lights. Once the job was complete, David provided us with a final work order which was less than the original estimated cost because the job took slightly less time than what they estimated. Both men were very professional and took quality care of our home. They are the standard for customer service. We will certainly utilize DFJ Electric the next time we have a need for an electrician.

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.

From start to finish Mike facilitated the process and made sure it went without a hitch. Having never replaced a roof or worked with insurance to cover wind damage, I didn't know where to begin. Mike worked with the insurance adjuster and looked out for my interests at every turn. The team removed the old roof and installed a gorgeous new roof in one day! They cleaned up every last scrap and nail, and provided beautiful drone pictures of both the process and the end product. I requested commercial sized gutters with screens. They added flash barriers for points where the roof pitch could result in excess flow. My father has called twice to tell me how impressed he was with the workmanship, service and end result. Honestly, Kearns roofing and Mike Nicely were so good and efficient, I worried it was a scam and I was going to be stuck with a terrible bill. In the end, it cost me LESS than estimated because Mike did a great job working with the insurance company! He saved me thousands of dollars and the quality of work is exceptional.
