    Great service! Carey's provided a price match, delivery within 50 miles, and in-home…read moresetup/installation! I order my sectional on Monday and it was setup in my house by that Sunday! Originally, I was looking at NFM, but the delivery was nearly 2 months away with no setup, for the exact item. I have shared my experience with friends and family. Highly recommend Carey's Furniture!     The quality of service has gone downhill in the last year or so. I have bought several items from…read morethem as have my friends over the years. I recently had to contact them for a warranty issue. They were less than polite about helping me. I had to pick out a different mattress due to them not making mine anymore and Chad acted like he was in a hurry and it was an inconvenience for me to pick one out. When they brought it to my house they discovered it was the bed frame, that I had also purchased from them, and said it need a part that was not supplied by the manufacturer, but he would order it for me at no charge and install for $60. They didn't notify me when the part came in I had to keep checking with them, I got busy through the summer and forgot about it. I get a text from Chad in October saying my time was almost up asking me if I wanted the part install for 70 some dollars, drop it off when they are in Spencer for $20 or thrown away. I have until the next day by 5:00 to decide. (Rude) GREAT customer service!! NOT!! Unfortunately I purchased the extended warranty on my new mattress from them and will probably have to deal with them again. At no time was I told my warranty would be in jeopardy if I don't get the part. Not sure who the owner is but they need to know how RUDE Chad was !! Would NOT recommend purchasing from them!!!!!
