A few years later when I needed legal counsel again, I employed his partner, John DeVoss. I was never more disappointed in his professionalism. At times, I felt as though he was working for the other side. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the results, even though he charged a premium price for his services. He acted as though he did not want to be there and at times was not. When I felt I really needed him, I felt abandoned. If you decide to use this company's services, be sure and select Jeff Smith. I would give him 5 stars. I would not give any stars at all for his partner and if I did, it would be 5 negative stars.

Ms. Bales ignored me as I tried to relay important messages to her incompetent partner Mr. Vinson. Jennier S. Bales ignored my emails and certified letters while I sought assistance for my children. She did nothing to help us! Jennifer Bales only sent me a huge unrealistic invoice, even after I had already paid in full. She knew my children needed help and she chose to ignore us. Jennifer S. Bales demonstrated her selfish character, a lack of family values, and a willingness to allow children to be harmed. I regret ever hiring Tim Vinson and the Vinson and Bales Attorneys at Law PLLC. This law firm should never be considered if you expect any positive results! They are selfish, careless, money-hungry, get to it when they want to lawyers that you see on Dateline and should seriously avoid. Very Seriously, Dustin S.
